Große (Ent)täuschung! Aus zwei Gründen:
1) Wir hatten ein 4 Personen Apartment gebucht. Es waren aber lediglich zwei Zimmer, keine Kochnische, kein Kühlschrank, auch kein Balkon. Das dürfte nicht als Apartment angeboten werden!
2) Wellnessbereich (Pool und Sauna) war nicht in gebuchten Preise inkludiert, musste extra bezahlt werden. Es müsste beim Buchen angezeigt werden, wenn der Wellnessbereich in einen 4* Hotel nicht inkludiert ist.
Außerdem weist das Hotel große Instandhaltungsmängel auf (Wasserhahn, Wasserabfluss, Fensterverschluss, Stiegengeländer). Ich hatte schon wesentlich bessere 3* Hotels in derselben Region als dieses 4* Hotel
Das Hotel liegt zentral, sodass am Abend Restaurants etc. gut zu Fuss erreicht werden können. Die Anlage ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen, sodass ich dem Haus maximal 3 Sterne geben würde. Erwähnenswert ist auch die stark überfüllte Tiefgarage (hier wird gegenüber der Parkplätze auf der Fahrstraße geparkt) und im Zuge dessen die Unfreundlichkeit des Hausmeisters, der einem bei der Parkplatzwahl "behilflich" ist. Wer blöd angeredet werden will, ist hier genau richtig.
