Cons:

La señal de la televisión, es streaming, plataforma, ese no sería problema si el Internet fuese bueno...pero cuando uno está viendo se cuelga y hay que esperar o buscar otro canal. Este problema le resta cuando todo lo demás es muy bueno.

En la habitación habían snack y pensábamos que era cortesía del hotel, ya que, en todos los hoteles a los que he ido todo los comestibles de la habitación es cortesía del hotel para el huésped, de lo contrario, simplemente no colocan comestibles, sin embargo, en este hotel colocan snack y no le avisan a sus huéspedes que deben pagarlo si lo consumen, se quedan con la información que debemos saber y luego te lo cobran a la salida sin informarte antes.

Pros:

Estaba limpio y contaba con todo en términos generales.

Cons:

La habitación doble que pedí era demasiado pequeña.
Solicité una plancha para ropa y no contaban con esto para los huéspedes, la solución que me dieron fue pagar por el servicio en la lavandería del frente del hotel, considero que es algo que pueden mejorar.

It was my first time in this Area of the city... Lima is a very big City.. love the area good restaurants of every strata , a local Market a nice walking street... Safe ATM nearby... Money changers a nice park ...my room was clean , staff was great courteous and friendly and professional... Price is good for the Area

Wifi is the WORST ever ..... Even Cuba has Better WIFI I had a repeter directly in my room but signal every 3-5 minutes dropped could not use .... It's the main reason I do not think I will return to this Hotel ... I tried outside my room on different floors it was not better just the lobby area had good WIFI

Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Ich habe das Hotel kurzfristig gebucht, da es in der Nähe vom Flughafen liegt und einen eigenen Flughafen Suttle anbietet. Nach dem mir stundenlang nicht auf meine Nachricht zum Shuttletransfer geantwortet wurde, habe ich dort angerufen. Die Dame am Telefon war völlig überfordert und konnte mir meine Fragen nicht beantworten. Stattdessen hat sie eine Whats App Telefonnummer gefordert, die denen bereits durch die Buchung vorlag, um mir dazu eine Preisliste zukommen zu lassen. Diese war unverschämt hoch. 1/3 höher als ein Shuttletransfer nach Oldtown kostet, das viel weiter weg liegt! Und mind. 3-4 mal teuerer als ein Uber. Ich habe mich für ein Uber entschieden. Angekommen wollte ich in Sollis zahlen, da es die letzte Übernachtung vor meinem Heimflug war, das Hotel wollte Doller. Trotz der einheimischen Währung hat das Hotel umgerechnet 5 Doller mehr gefordert, wenn der Gast in Sollis zahlt, Hotelpolitik, die überhaupt keinen Sinn macht. Deshalb habe ich mit meinem 100 Doller Schein bezahlt, auf die sie nicht mal Wechselgeld rausgeben konnten. 1,5 Stunde später wurden mir stark verunreinigte und beschmierte Scheine gebracht, die in Peru keiner nimmt, diese habe ich natürlich nicht akzeptiert und adäquate Geldscheine in einem guten Zustand gefordert. Fakt ist, das Hotel lockt mit einem faieren Preisleistungsverhältnis und einem Shuttletransfer, nimmt den Gast dafür bei allem anderen aus. Würde dieses daher nicht weiter empfehlen.
