Больше всего понравилось отношение персонала. Молодцы. Сделали проживание в этом отеле максимально комфортным.
Pros:

Персонал супер. Всегда угодит, поможет.
Номера отличные, удобные. Все принадлежности есть.

Cons:

Завтраки бы чу чуть улучшить и всё было бы отлично.

فندق نظيف جدا. وجميل وذكي. يوجد بروجيكتر في الغرفة. يوجد روبوت لتوصيل طلباتك من الخارج إذا أردت. الإفطار متنوع الى حد ما وجميلة بعض الأصناف. الموظفين ودودين جدا جدا ومتعاونين جدا لكل سؤال او مساعدة أريدها. أشكرهم جميعا. أتستمتعت بإقامتي جدا.. قدموا لي سلة فواكة وقت وصولي.. التشيك آوت كان سريع جدا.. أنصح به.

Bardzo przyjemny czysty i komfortowy hotel. Personel niezwykle uprzejmy. Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania. W hotelu i w bliskiej okolicy restauracje. Byłem już drugi raz w tym hotelu i polecam go.

Cons:

Bardzo słabo działał internet w pokoju 307. To jest temat do poprawy. Z takim samym sprzętem i ustawieniami w innych hotelach internet działa zdecydowanie lepiej. Jak hotel biznesowy standard internetu jest poniżej oczekiwań.

Большой номер, отличный персонал, гигантский телевизор в номере, вечером бесплатно кормят посетителей.

Cons:

Great stay overall, will be back again
Pros:

Very modern , complementary tea/coffee with cakes and buns and some snacks in the evening. Beds are super comfortable and staff are super friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast barely warm, very strong smell of smoke in the hallway and our three rooms were without any outside window.

Pros:

Это отличный отель за свои деньги. Нам дали номер с огромной кроватью, поэтому мы смогли комфортно разместиться на ней втроём с ребёнком. Персонал очень старался сделать всё, чтобы нам было приятно находиться в отеле.
Нам подарили хорошие тапочки, дали халаты и сланцы для душа. Также в номере был китайский листовой качественный чай и много бесплатных напитков в мини-баре. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные — для такой стоимости за номер это огромная удача. Были креветки, роботизированная нудл-стейшн, вкусные пирожные, фрукты и многое другое. Ассортимент менялся каждый день, кухня была в основном китайской, но адаптированной под европейский вкус. Почти не было острой пищи, и все продукты были узнаваемыми и понятными на вкус.
Ещё у них есть бесплатная прачечная, где можно постирать и высушить вещи. Порошок и кондиционер для белья тоже предоставляют. Ближайшее метро относительно недалеко от отеля — не более 10 минут ходьбы. Даже с чемоданом и сумками дойти до него было легко, т. к. везде есть комфортные переходы и спуски.

Cons:

Рядом с отелем идёт стройка, поэтому может быть немного шумно даже ночью. Но надеюсь, что она скоро закончится: китайские технологии позволяют строить быстро.

Cons:

Персонал мало кто говорил по английски. Нужна была предоплата за одни сутки, так как нам задержали рейс из-за непогоды в Гуанчжоу почти на сутки. Но у нас не было возможности оплатить дистанционно. Но персонал был в курсе за сложившуюся ситуацию

The hotel, amenities and staff far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast, laundry, gym and great staff are all the things I liked about this hotel. Also, the location is great for access to all the local attractions and events.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
