Pros:

Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ μοντέρνο ,άνετο και ευρύχωρο. Έχει καταπληκτική θέα προς την θάλασσα και είναι ιδανικό για κάποιον που αναζητά χαλάρωση . Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι πολύ ευγενικοί και φιλόξενοι και η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν άψογη.

Ideal place for relaxing
Pros:

Great view, ideal position close to all the points of interest, fully equipped, clean, great sheets and towels, parking place.

Cons:

A corkscrew should be available in a place like this with such a romantic view.

Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά αν λυνόταν το θέμα με το πρωινό φως
Pros:

Πολύ προσεγμένο και μοντέρνο κατάλυμα. Η οικοδέσποινα προσφερει κρασί, κουλουράκια και καφέ. Φοβερο μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με απεριόριστη θέα στον κόλπο Ασπούς. Άνετο πάρκινγκ παρολο που η πρόσβαση στο κατάλυμα γίνεται από ένα πολύ στενό δρομάκι με στροφές (προσέξτε το αν έχετε μεγάλο αυτοκίνητο)

Cons:

Θα μπορούσε να έχει νερό στο ψυγείο απ τη στιγμή που το νερό της βρύσης δεν είναι πόσιμο. Επιπλέον, δεδομένης της υψηλής τιμής, θα έπρεπε να πραγματοποιείται καθαρισμός καθημερινά (έστω αλλαγή του ταπέτου στο μπάνιο και ένα σφουγγάρισμα για να μη μένει η άμμος από τα παπούτσια μέσα στο σπίτι). Μας ενόχλησε το φως που μπαίνει το πρωί από τα παράθυρα καθώς υπάρχει μεγάλο κενό μεταξύ της κουρτίνας roller και του παραθύρου.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν καινούριο, πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Η θέα ήταν εκθαμβωτική και η κ. Σταυρούλα ευγενέστατη και πρόθυμη μα μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι κι αν χρειαστήκαμε. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά.

We had a wonderful stay at Gaia Luxury Lofts in Skyros with our newborn, and everything exceeded our expectations. The loft was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless, with modern details that made us feel truly comfortable. The crib and thoughtful touches for the baby were especially appreciated, which made our stay much easier and stress-free.

The location was perfect—quiet and private, yet close to both the town and the beach. Waking up to the serene views every morning was a highlight, and the atmosphere felt very calming, which was ideal for us as new parents.

The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, and their warm hospitality really made us feel at home.

We highly recommend Gaia Luxury Lofts to couples and families looking for comfort, style, and tranquility in Skyros. We’ll definitely be returning!

We would stay again for sure!
Pros:

We stayed in the middle room. Very nice, big and clean room. Amazing view and quiet place. Only 8-10 minutes away from Chora, by car. 2 min away from super market which operates 24/7.

We strongly recommend it.
Pros:

Gaia Loft was exactly what we want for a short stay in Skyros : a totally new complex, fully equipped, excellent location for relaxing and enjoying sunrise, very clean and owners willing to serve. Photos 100% accurate. Location on the side of a hill. The island is small thus all the beaches and tavernas are only few km away from the complex. Since August is a high vacation period, we consider the price fair vs. of what we got back.
