Un hotel bien situado y con muy bonitas vistas a las pirámides
Pros:

Todo va sido maravilloso. El hotel muy limpio, el staff del hotel y del restaurante Heightopia que está encima del hotel muy amables y atentos.
Les comentamos que era una fecha especial para nosotros y nos decoraron la habitación con globos y detalles. Las vistas de la habitación daban a las pirámides y despertar con esas vistas ha sido como un sueño.
Muchas gracias por lo bien que nos habéis tratado, volveremos ❤️

Exceptionnel séjour tout est parfait, ne pas hésiter vous ne le regretterez pas.

Tout ! L’emplacement avec une vue extraordinaire, le personnel, le confort et un restaurant exceptionnel. Nous avons passé 6 nuits et la situation est idéale pour toutes les visites. Cet hôtel a été une des clés de la réussite de notre voyage.

اخلاق العاملين ومهنيتهم الأبتسامة الدائمة طلب تقدسم المساعدة اي شي يخطر ببالك بيقولوا لك حاضر الخدمة السريعة وإن كان المكان في الأدوار العلوية 10 و11 والسطح الا أن الفندق ماخذ هويته في العمارة من المدخل للفندق مصعدين حتى تصل الأستقبال في الدور 11 هنا تستريح قليلآ وتحس انك دخلت بيتك
الموقع يطل على الأهرامات وبهو الأفطار واللاونج خرافي اطلالة على القاهرة وتمد يدك وتلمس الأهرامات من قربها بالصورة

Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Spire West hotel, with an insane view of the Pyramids. The location was ideal as we were only staying a couple of nights to explore key sites in Cairo. The staff was very friendly, especially Yousef, who really looked after us, making sure that we got to the Uber safely! We also liked being able to access the rooftop restaurant - which again had a great view and delicious food.

Cons:

Wifi coverage in some areas of the hotel could be improved!

Fabulous ladies holiday
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Spire West Hotel during our family-only ladies’ trip. The hotel organised airport pick-up for us, and everything went smoothly, even with half of our group arriving on two different flights.
We travelled with our 80‑year‑old mum, and the staff were incredibly kind in allowing us an early check-in so she could rest after a long journey.
We booked a suite and a double room, both with fantastic views of the pyramids. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the showers excellent — great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Housekeeping was outstanding every day, with water and tea/coffee facilities always replenished.
Breakfast was delicious, and the mango and fruit smoothies were an absolute treat.
A big thank you to all the staff, who were always friendly and helpful. Special mentions to Yousseff and Bola at reception, Ahmed and the restaurant team, and the concierge at the entrance, who greeted us warmly every time we came in or out.
The hotel itself is lovely, and the rooftop restaurant is a real highlight. We enjoyed dinner and drinks there — great prices and excellent food.
Totally recommendable.
