Love the staff and location
Pros:

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it more. The location is perfect for uber.

Every single person we interacted with was friendly and professional, but a special mention has to go to Abdul. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and his helpfulness genuinely made our stay even better.

The rooftop bar is a highlight in itself, the views are incredible. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection.

Overall, everything about our stay was spot on. From the service to the facilities, it was a 10/10 experience and we’ll definitely be back.

Très bon séjour, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
Pros:

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, l’équipe de l’hôtel est toujours disponible pour rendre service. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le restaurant situé au dessus de l’hôtel est clairement un véritable atout. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons. La vue est incroyable.

Cons:

Nous avons seulement rencontrés des soucis avec la Wifi et les oreillers étaient un peu trop durs à notre goût.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione tranquilla. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
La camera è abbastanza grande con una bella vista sulle piramidi.
All'ultimo piano dell'edificio c'è un bel ristorante con vista sulle piramidi. Qui è servita anche la colazione

La zona non è splendida. Giorno e notte c'è tanto rumore. Gli infissi della camera era rotti e staccati dal muro e entrava tanta aria e polvere/sabbia

Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Temizlik Mısır şartlarına göre gayet temizdi. Konum olarak gayet iyidi camı açınca kötü kokmuyordu. Personel çözüm odaklıydı, mağduriyetleri anında gideriyorlar. İlk gün otele ulaşmam için gece havalimanından taksi ayarlanacaktı. Aradım ve taksi hazırlanıyor gelecek dediler, saat gece 1 civarındaydı. Beklemeye başladık ama ortada taksi falan yoktu aradığımda da taksi hazırlanıyor dediler. Dışarı soğuktu 2 saat kadar bekledik ve en son başka bir taksiye bindik otele ulaştık. Bir bu konuda mağdur olmuştuk ama bunu da aslında çözdüler. Hem odamı yükselttiler hem de neredeyse ekstra 1 gün daha konakladık bu konu için de ayrıca teşekkür ederim.

Kahvaltı sadece 2 çeşit amerika ve fransa kahvaltı tabakları var. Bazen üçüncü seçenek olarak mısır tabağı seçeneği de oluyor. Kahvaltı genel olarak vasatın üstü. Bir de titiz insanlar için bir tavsiye olarak gelirken kesinlikle siz de çarşaf, yastık kılıfınızı getirin.

Non mi è piaciuto l'ingresso principale , si affaccia su una strada chiusa . A primo impatto non da buone speranze, invece una volta saliti al 11cesimo piano tutto perfetto
