Tout était vraiment parfait , merci beaucoup à tous
Pros:

L’accueil était exceptionnel, tous les employés sont aux petits soins, c’est même un des hôtels où l’on s’est le mieux occupés de nous et le plus préoccupés de nos besoins.

Un agent de sécurité vous porte vos valises et vous accompagne dans l’ascenseur jusqu’à l’hôtel, ils attendent avec vous les Uber en vérifiant les numéros de taxi

La vue de la chambre vue pyramide est superbe

Les excursions sont à prix très abordables et le guide que nous avons eu Ayman s’est montré incroyable. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, les avis négatifs ne sont pas justifiés pour nous

Le restaurant heightopia était excellent (les meilleures carbonara ahah) , et le service génial. Personne ne demande de pourboires et veulent même rendre la monnaie.

Un énorme merci à toute l’équipe, si nous revenons, ce sera chez vous !

Magnifique paysage
Pros:

Tout était très bien.
Le personnel était au petit soin.
Effectivement l’immeuble ne donne pas spécialement envie d’y rentrer mais lorsque nous arrivons au 11ème étage nous découvrons un magnifique hôtel.
Le plus de l’hôtel est la vue sur les pyramides depuis les chambres et le rooftop où vous pouvez venir manger le midi et le soir où les repas sont qualitatifs pour pas cher.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était quelconque et sans goût pour le petit déjeuner français.

Loved our stay and the views….
Pros:

It has the best views of the magical pyramids. Roof top restaurant is amazing. Fresh juices at breakfast lovely. Staff very accommodating. It was easy for our tour guide to pick us up and take us on full day pyramids sphinx and museum tours

Cons:

Giza is a great area but a little out of the way for modern restaurants like Maadi but you can easily get an uber or taxi to these other locations. Egypt has a lot to offer.

Pros:

Siamo stati una sola notte qui ma ci siamo sentiti a casa. Abbiamo richiesto il late check out e ci è stato dato senza problemi.
Youssef ci ha accolti calorosamente ed è stato disponibile ad esaudire tutte le nostre richieste! in camera era tutto perfetto e pulito. La zona è molto più silenziosa del cairo e di giza in generale per cui si riesce a riposare bene. Ci è stata offerta anche l’acqua più di una volta.
La colazione aveva una scelta vasta e quella francese era ottima.
La vista dal rooftop era stupenda e abbiamo cenato lì la sera. Prezzo assolutamente adeguato. Lo consiglio a chiunque!!

Best Spot for Pyramids View
Pros:

Very accommodating staff, awesome views of the pyramids from our room and the rooftop lounge. Wholesome breakfast with fresh juices. Clean and spacious rooms. Tidy overall.

Cons:

The constant noise from outside can be an issue for light sleepers, even though on 11th floor.

Everything was perfect the room was cozy and very neat. All staffs were very kind and respectful.
From the security to the reception and restaurant were all amazing.
There was one time I went out and I got lost and they spoke to my uber and direct him till he got me safe at the hotel. It was so easy to ask questions from them.
Both the men and woman at reception are lovely. Especially this particular staff I forgot to ask of his name but he is really amazing person. He even help me checked out amazing fun places and even wish me happy birthday without me telling them and that was really thoughtful because my husband and I was very suprise but we were really happy. The pyramids view from the hotel window and the restaurant view was the highlight of everything.
