Correct
Pros:

Le confort des lits, le restaurant à l'étage.

Cons:

L'entrée peut surprendre, la porte d'un des ascenseurs ne se ferme pas mais il monte.
Le service de nettoyage n'a été effectué qu'une seule fois en quatre jours, suite à notre demande. Nous souhaitons également signaler des problèmes d'étanchéité dans la douche, où l'eau s'écoulait par les joints, nécessitant un nettoyage du sol après chaque utilisation.

Good place to stay for a short visit, if you can have plenty of data you can use for internet
Pros:

Good location, lovely view of the pyramids in the distance. Very nice rooftop terrace restaurant. Polite, helpful staff.

Cons:

Wifi was very poor. One of the lifts was missing its internal door, leaving a dangerous gap.

The perfect place to stay in Giza
Pros:

Everything

Absolutely brilliant stay. Noran was very kind and upgraded us to a suite with a view of the pyramids and let us check out very late when we had an evening flight. Yousef was so helpful throughout the stay and I couldn’t recommend the hotel highly enough. The resturant called Heightopia Lounge one floor above and owned by the hotel was also excellent and I would throughly recommend going there for dinner and have the lamb shank!

The hotel is also only 10-15 minutes in a tax in traffic from both the pyramids entrance and Grand Egyptian Museum.

Pros:

temiz ve konforluydu çalışanlarla ilgili ve yardımcı oldular her konuda çok keyifliydi. Manzara çok güzel ve keyifli.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt hier. Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und auch das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Insbesondere Yusif hat uns durch seine freundliche Hilfe mehr als einmal den Abend gerettet.
Insgesamt können wir das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Pros:

The team were so accomodating and the rooms were beautiful. No issues at all with hot water or pressure which is a common problem in Egypt. We could see the pyramids from our window. Breakfast was in a beautiful restaurant upstairs and very enjoyable. We stayed here and did an overnight tour in between and they helped stored our luggage. Fantastic service.

Great value for rooms with a pyramid view
Pros:

Great value for the money. The room was large, clean, and had a great view of the pyramids. The staff were very nice and the restaurant on the property also had amazing views and good food. We appreciated that they served us breakfast slightly earlier than the restaurant opened because we told them we were leaving too early to enjoy their breakfast. The beds were on the firmer side, but comfortable.

Cons:

There was only a few minutes of hot water and then lukewarm afterwards (both nights, experience the same in both of the two rooms we booked). Our safe didn't work so they had to give us their backup key in order to use it during our stay. The building is just a standard Egyptian building with the hotel on a specific floor and one of the two building elevators had no door so you just saw brick walls as you ascend - we thought it added to the Egyptian experience though. ;)

Excellent hotel

L’accueil était vraiment super , le personnel au top , la chambre était de très bonne qualité et youssef nous a accueilli comme un roi et nous a aidé dans nos recherches.

Pros:

Il personale è disponibile, attento e gentile. La terrazza non è valorizzata, le luci sono pessime e insieme all'inquinamento luminoso di Giza rovinano la vista delle piramidi. Stanza accettabile.

Cons:

La terrazza andrebbe valorizzata, il cibo appena sufficiente, colazione in tre opzioni mediocre.

Great hotel, resturant and view!
Pros:

Great location with an amazing view. The breakfast was really amazing. You get three choices and they were even nice enough to make us a to go box on the early day. Best of all were the kind and helpful staff in both the hotel and the restaurant. Nora was really kind when she allowed us to check in earlier than we were supposed to.

Nothing.

房間裝潢得很好，餐廳的景超美。很幸運被升等成景觀房，房間很大景又漂亮，超喜歡。
