Pros:

Zimmer war sehr ordentlich - modern eingerichtet, mit Blick auf die Pyramiden. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten. Das Bad könnte besser geputzt werden. Das Frühstück war nicht der Hit.

Cons:

Das Haus ist von außen ziemlich hässlich, wie eigentlich auch die ganze Umgebung des Hotels. Alles auch ziemlich abseits, wir haben keine guten Restaurants in der Umgebung gefunden.

Aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar uitstekende service, comfort en een prachtig uitzicht op de piramides.
Pros:

Tijdens mijn bezoek aan Caïro heb ik verbleven bij Spire West en ik ben ontzettend blij met deze keuze. Wat dit verblijf echt bijzonder maakt, is de ongeëvenaarde gastvrijheid van de jongens en het receptieteam. Vanaf het eerste moment doen zij er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat je verblijf een onvergetelijke ervaring wordt.
Een speciale dank gaat uit naar Fares, Mohammed, Achmed en de rest van het team. Jullie vriendelijkheid, behulpzaamheid en persoonlijke aandacht hebben mijn tijd in Caïro echt geweldig gemaakt. Geen verzoek was te veel en jullie stonden altijd klaar om te helpen met een glimlach.
De service is zonder twijfel een 10/10. Daarnaast is de keuken uitstekend en is het uitzicht op de piramides werkelijk adembenemend. Elke ochtend wakker worden met zo'n uitzicht is een ervaring op zich.
Eerlijkheidshalve moet ik vermelden dat de ingang van het gebouw wat onverzorgd oogt. Laat je daardoor echter absoluut niet afschrikken. Zodra je aankomt op de 11e verdieping verandert alles compleet: het hotel is schoon, nieuw, modern en zeer goed onderhouden.
Ik wil het hele team enorm bedanken voor hun inzet en warme ontvangst. Jullie hebben mijn verblijf in Caïro extra speciaal gemaakt. Tot de volgende keer — ik kom hier zonder twijfel terug!

Cons:

Soms duurt het wat langer voordat de lift arriveert. Het gebouw zelf is wat ouder, waardoor dit begrijpelijk is. Voor mij woog dit echter niet op tegen alle positieve aspecten van het verblijf, zoals de uitstekende service, het comfort en de geweldige gastvrijheid.

It was amazing. The staff were helpful, friendly, and smiling all the time.
Pros:

The property is near the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, which makes it very convenient, and the view of the Pyramids from the restaurant was fantastic.

Cons:

I noticed the bedsheets were not very clean, though not extremely dirty either. There was a problem at first because the door lock was broken, but thankfully Yusuf managed to fix it.

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour son accueil exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été adorable, attentionné et aux petits soins. Grâce à leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme, j’ai passé un séjour inoubliable.

La vue depuis notre chambre sur les pyramides était tout simplement magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, avec beaucoup de choix. L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont impeccables et l’ensemble de l’établissement est parfaitement entretenu.

Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Une expérience parfaite, un vrai 10/10 ! 🌟

Fantàstiques vistes a les piràmides
Pros:

El personal és atent, servicial i molt molt amable.
Les habitacions són fantàstiques i les vistes a les piràmides espectaculars.
Al restaurant si menja molt bé amb encara millors vistes!

Cons:

L’habitació estava una mica bruta però ja ho vam avisar i van venir a netejar de seguida.
L’entrada a l’hotel tira enrera i sembla que arribis a un lloc desastrós, quan en realitat és un hotel fantàstic i molt recomanable
