Zimmer, Frühstück, Sauberkeit, sehr nettes Per

Cons:

Wellnessbereich bis 19:30, kein Sprudel mehr obwohl es bis 21 Uhr geöffnet war. Therme am Abreisetag nur bis 11 Uhr, wenn direkt gebucht wurde bis 15:30 , Gutschein nur gültig wenn man direkt bei Puchas Plus gebucht hat.

Die Pools waren sehr gut. Das Frühstück und die Zimmer waren ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Was mich gestört hat, dass man keine Kleinigkeit zum Abendessen zu sich nehmen konnte, sondern €30 pro Person bezahlen musste fürs Abendessen, auch wenn man nicht so viel essen wollte. Ebenfalls wünschenswert wäre die Möglichkeit im Wellnessbereich einen Kaffee zu bekommen ohne das man ins hotel zurück muss. Man könnte auch eine Kaffeemaschine aufstellen.

Nettes zuvorkommendes Haus
Pros:

Personal ist das Kapital des Hauses. -freundlich, kompetent.
Sehr netter Speisebereich im älterem Teil des Hotels.
Alles im allem ein sehr nettes Hotel.

Cons:

Alter und neuer Hotelbau kontrastieren sehr stark -aber das ist individuelles Empfinden.

Erholung pur im Süden vom Burgenland
Pros:

Wir waren heuer bereits zum dritten Mal in Kukmirn bei den Puchas. Wie immer sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr gutes Abendessen. Sehr schönes Zimmer im oberen Bereich. Es hat eine gute Änderung beim Nachmittagskuchen gegeben, jetzt mit günstigem Pauschalbetrag für den Kaffee. Sehr nettes Personal. Sauna sehr gut, nicht zu heiß. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Für uns beide - in 4 Tagen - Erholung pur!

The surroundings were nice.

Cons:

Even though it was very warm outside, the whole building was overheated. The air conditioning did not work unfortunately. There was also a problem with stink bugs in the rooms. No slippers were provided for the spa, and it was not possible to check out an hour later without paying 19€ extra. When booking directly through the hotels website, guests are allowed to use the spa until 15:30 on the day of departure - this is not the case when booking through third party websites such as booking.com. The staff was not very helpful and the atmosphere in general was not welcoming.
