Pros:

Quarto grande, café da manhã continental excelente com pratos veganos, áreas comuns excelentes bem decoradas, camas muito confortáveis, banheiro grande com banheira, vizinhança segura.

Cons:

Tudo perfeito. Excelente hotel e instalações.

it is an excellent hotel and we highly recommend to all!
Pros:

we like everything there including the people work in the front desk especially the lady named Cola who is very friendly, extremely helpful and thoughtful. With her help we got what we wanted to do in Arequipa, Peru and had a great experience there!

Peaceful oasis just outside of the city
Pros:

Loved the room, it was so comfortable and had a beautiful view. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and has an attached restaurant that I ate at for both nights I stayed. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t recommend more for people who need a bit of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle.

Un verdadero servicio hotelero. No son improvisados. Todos los sectores limpios, la habitación impecable, el baño amplio con bañera, excelente presión de agua y temperatura. Calefacción, camas muy cómodas. Tv, frigobar, secador de pelo, caja de seguridad, plancha, servicio de lavandería. El desayuno abundante, opciones vegetarianas, todo muy fresco. Los empleados cordiales. Silencioso y tranquilo! Descansamos muy bien. La ubicación es preciosa, cerca del Parque Selva Alegre, que es muy bello, a 10 minutos caminando de la Cátedral (zona muy bulliciosa y colapsada) y a 15 del mirador Yanahuara. El barrio es residencial, nos encantó.
