Pros:

There was a normal room and was close to manipal hosiptal

Cons:

The customer care is unreachable.
The manager in the reception is of no use.
I wanted to cancel the stay after 2 days, but they didn't helped, and also didn't allowed me to change the dates.

My room was clean and felt quite modern, I slept very well, the shower was hot and there was strong wifi, I liked the lighting and it felt like a calm place to rest as the streets outside can be quite chaotic.

Nothing i like in this hotel, in first floor their is mosque doing muslims namashs afternoon 1to 2 and eveng 6 to 7 very disturbance not suitable for stay
