Stayed two nights and really liked the property. Everything is clean and comfortable, enjoyed their nice breakfast (and breakfast room), really nice staff. Location is good and quiet...far enough away from the nighttime noise at the riverfront area. I'll book here next time I'm in Vientiane.

This is not their fault, but the street and pavements being dug up outside didn't help my hangover.

Very friendly family who run this hotel. It's very central close to all restaurants and walkable to all major sights if you like walking. Breakfast was simple but just what we needed - fresh fruit, coffee and fried eggs. The room was very comfortable with a lift so no need to carry bags up stairs. Staff helped book a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. Recommend the juice bar down the road for fresh smoothies.
On occasion nobody at reception when we had a question but this is a minor point and we just caught them at breakfast time instead.

it's clean, decoration and style is local and traditional, I appreciated it, it changes from modern hotels. the bed was comfortable, I could sleep very well ,it was not noisy at all despite .breakfast was simple but good.

The staff at the front desk were very polite. Location seems to be central -although we had no time to explore as we arrived at night. It was a very quick ride to the airport.
The hotel was very basic so my expectations matched that from the beginning as I booked it only to spend the night (took the last train from Luang Prabang for a morning flight out of Vientiane). Everything in the bathroom was very old...so much that controlling the temperature of the water was a challenge and I ended up having to jump in and out when taking a shower not to scald myself. Details like replacing the toilet paper roller were missed so the t.p. was just left on top of the holder and it kept falling to the floor. I would say it is ok if you really want to save money or you only need a place to stay for a night.
Breakfast Basic egg, had omelette, very good. Fruit selection good, coffee good. Lisa very,very helpful. Great location, all I needed for the days I was there.
Room safe could be better. Electronics failed but gave me a key.
