La ropa de cama estaba sucia. Los baños son ni apenas aceptables. Hacia frío y el aire caliente no funcionaba. Eran la 10 de la mañana y no tenían preparado el desayuno.....No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Mi estancia era de dos noches y en la primera salí corriendo. Y me dijeron que me abonarían la otra noche que ya estaba pagada y tuve que llevar a una amiga local para que me ayude a cobrar ya que la persona que estaba en recepción ( que era otra) no tenía intención de hacer ninguna devolución y para colmo me dijo que en lugar de haberme ido lo que tenía haber pedido era un cambio de habitación. Toda una fila de atropellos. NO VAYAN A ESE ESTABLECIMIENTO que no es HOTEL es una ACOMODACIÓN.

Konumu cok iyi, çalışanlar çok cana yakın. Özellikle Salah ve Fem çok yardımsever ve kibardı.

Cons:

Un hotel básico pero correcto, cerca de Tahrir
Pros:

El hotel está bien, aunque al entrar asusta que no haya casi lobby, es como un piso (8°). Pero las habitaciones son grandes, las camas cómodas y la ducha está bien. Agua caliente, AC y buenas vistas

Cons:

Es demasiado simple. Tardaron más de una hora en servirnos el desayuno. En el lobby hay 3 chavales jóvenes, pero se turnanvy es difícil entenderse con ellos.

I had a very nice stay. The room was clean and quiet, and the hotel’s location is perfect, just a short distance from the U.S. Embassy. This made everything much easier. Staff were friendly and supportive. Highly recommended.
