A água do chuveiro era bem quentinha e tinha ar condicionado no quarto.

Pros:

Make sure to get the room downstairs in its whole if u want a private bathroom. Otherwise , it does not have private bathroom as advertised. It’s a common toilet

Pros:

The room fulfilled my expectations. Big for one person, i had every basic need covered. For the price it's an excellent cost-benefit relation! Well situated in the city.

Cons:

No A/C and no ventilator. Only one shared bathroom on the floor.
