Fantástico
Pros:

Hermoso. Todos fueron muy amables. Nos recibieron a la 01:30 am sin problemas. La atencion y limpieza muy buena. El alojamiento era mas lindo de lo que yo pensaba. Muchas gracias !

Not so,bad.
Pros:

Centrally located to stores, restaurants and street vendors. Right in the center of it all and walking to Getsemani. Very, comfortable bed. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

TV- you need to sign in the see Netflix/Amazon. No antenna so unqble to watch live tv. Pillows were filthy- one had mold!! I asked for a clean one and advised they were being dried. Mind you they lay them out to dry in the sun. There's no trash cans only in the bathroom. Therefore you have to take your trash to front desk if you don't want it in the room. Having to ask for the blow dryer for each use. Having to manually adjust the shower from hot to cold because it's rigged. There was discrepancy regarding breakfast as I chose the deluxe room with breakfast included. However, Kevin was adamant that I only had a standard room due to their internal error. After back and forth showing him my receipt he verified via Booking.com and acknowledged breakfast was included and apologized for the inconvenience. Water was turned off without notification while issues were resolved regarding plumbing. I would suggest that there be signs for "People to be considerate of guests who may be sleeping". There were guests that were too loud hanging by the pool the last night we were there. They need a better container that has a spout for the milk

Disappointing
Pros:

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself is quite mediocre. It advertises services on its website that are not actually provided, such as laundry services for guests.
The breakfast is basic and unimpressive. During my stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, resulting in constant noise from drilling and excavation throughout the day.
The renovations also caused issues with the water system — there were problems with water pressure in the rooms, and at times there was no hot water.
There are additional issues with the room. The lighting is poor — only two small lamps near the TV, making it very difficult to see anything once it gets dark.
Additionally, next to the room door there is a transparent, fixed window that cannot be closed. As a result, sunlight floods the room early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep.
