Pros:

The staff was kind and helped us. the taxi driver was really nice and available. Good view.

Cons:

When we arrived the hotel’s name changed. We payed more than what it said on Booking. They gave us a triple room instead of the king size room we payed for, and it wasn’t really clean. The rooftop isn’t like the pictures, it was messy. There is so much noise from the streets. The balcony’s door doesn’t close properly. We asked multiple times for towels, but they didn’t gave us any for the whole stay.

Il personale gentile.. ha capito la situazione e mi ha aiutato a cercare un'altra sistemazione, rimborsandomi la prenotazione...

È un B&B (del Cairo), non un hotel !!!

Quattro stelle cmq alla loro disponibilità nel capire la situazione ed aiutarmi a trovare un'altra sistemazione..

Pros:

Ringrazio lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è consigliata per vedere le Piramidi, Saqqara e Memphis, un po' meno per Giza centro e Il Cairo (compreso aeroporto).
La zona è molto "pittoresca" ma non pericolosa. Comunque si raggiunge il sito delle piramidi in 15 min di auto, e 30 max gli altri siti. Per il Cairo max 50 minuti di auto (senza traffico).
La stanza era grande e spaziosa, ben illuminata, grande vista sulle Piramidi. Aria condizionata e il bagno dotato del minimo indispensabile. Inoltre, sono disponibili se naturalmente mancano servizi (asciugamano, sapone etc.). La colazione e la cena sono state buone e soddisfacenti (anche il caffè!). Abbiamo fatto un bel giro venerdì con il loro driver che ci ha portato un po' in giro. buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

La struttura è nuova e dovrà crescere, ma offre i servizi minimi desiderati. La zona non è centralissima a Giza ma utile per visitare il complesso delle Piramidi.

It’s a simple hotel, so don’t expect too much. But fine price-to-quality ratio. The receptionist treated as very nicely

The receptionist Ahmed Hamed was extremely attentive and carrying and made our stay way nicer

Cons:

The room didn’t have much amenities.
There was only one towel provided, while we were two, so upon request the said receptionist provided us with the two additional ones.

Pros:

Le personnel très serviable, à l’écoute et aimable. Ils feront tous le nécessaire pour le confort de votre séjour. Un grand merci à Abdelaziz et son équipe, notamment Mora et Mohanned pour leur gentilesse, Mora nous a bcp aidé pour les taxis. Il y a une super vue sur les pyramides et de jolis couchés de soleil depuis les chambres.

La vue sur les pyramides est magnifique..le personnel nous a beaucoup aidé pour prendre contact avec notre guide .

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner sur le toit sur une table très poussiéreuse...
Le plateau repas qui est resté dans la chambre toute une journée bien que nous ayons laissé la clé exprès afin qu'il soit enlevé
