Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub im Rivus machen!
Pros:

Wir waren vor einigen Jahren schon mal im Rivus und waren vom Umbau echt positiv überrascht. Der Wellnessbereich ist echt toll geworden.

Cons:

Die Speisekarte im Hotel war etwas klein, dafür war es aber trotzdem sehr lecker.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja blisko dolnej stacji wyciągu. Pokój bardzo ładny. Basen super - byliśmy w okresie kiedy było mało ludzi w hotelu, więc były moment, że mogliśmy korzystać z niego sami. Śniadania pyszne.

Cons:

Pierwszy raz miałam pokój z otwartą łazienką i wiem, że to nie jest rozwiązanie dla mnie. Dla mnie jest wtedy za zimno w łazience przy kąpieli.
Woda pod prysznicem mimo ustawienia na max. miała za niską temperaturę.

Schönes Hotel aber zu teuer für das, was man bekommt.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage am Berg und ist nett eingerichtet. Vorallem der Spa Bereich mit Saunen und Pool ist wunderschön und wirkt sehr neu. Das Restaurant Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück und der Service im Zimmer ist für den Preis nicht angemessen. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice in den Apartments unter 7 Nächten. Auch gibt es keine Flasche Wasser oder sonstige Aufmerksamkeit zur Anreise. Neben dem Frühstück hat uns auch das Abendessen im Restaurant nicht überzeugt. Es gibt besser Alternativen in der Umgebung. Wir waren insgesamt eher enttäuscht bei diesem Preissegment.

Ideální hotel pro ty, kdo chtějí být první na svahu
Pros:

Hotel je na dobrém místě, asi 100 metrů od lanovky. Je velmi hezky a vkusně zařízený, pokoje jsou prostorné a zajímavě řešené. Ocenili jsme vířivku a vyhřívaný venkovní bazén. K dispozici je několik saun. Personál na recepci i v restauraci byl velmi milý, ochotný a přátelský. Snídaně i večeře byly dobré. U snídaně bych uvítal, kdyby obsluha nově příchozím nabídla možnost přípravy např. hemenexu. Že tato možnost je, jsme zjistili pozdě. Parkování je bezproblémové.

Cons:

Moc dobře jsme se nevyspali. Přestože jsme vypnuli topení úplně a nechali mírně pootevřené balkonové dveře, bylo na pokoji moc velké teplo. Může ale jít jen o náš, subjektivní pocit.

Unterkühlte Atmosphäre
Holländische Gäste die keine Rücksicht genommen haben, und mit schießen mitten in der Nacht nach Hause gekommen sind… Anstatt sie zuerst in den Skikeller zu räumen.

Het zijn 3 huizen die ondergronds met elkaar verbonden zijn, betonnen gang met trapjes, tussen- gebouw bestaat uit appartementen en zwembad met saunacomplex. Voor het aantal gasten zijn de faciliteiten te klein: rust ruimte in de sauna, geen mogelijkheid om naar buiten te gaan, zwembad buiten, lijkt vooral voor de gezinnen met kleine kinderen, en bar 3 hoge tafeltjes. Hoewel er pogingen zijn gedaan om geluid te dempen is de schelheid van bv huilende kinderen nog fel, kwaliteit van eten was matig

Pros:

Das Personal war so unglaublich lieb und nett, das 5 Gänge Menü war eine 12 von 10 und die Lage ist perfekt. Wir konnten spontan den Aufenthalt verlängern und da hat sich jede Nacht gelohnt. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und stylisch eingerichtet, sowie der Rest des Hotels auch. Es war einfach ein wunderschöner Urlaub dort!

Cons:

In der Suite fehlte ein bisschen das Waschbecken in der Toilette, da war die Aufteilung für mich nicht ganz optimal.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung sowie der Wellness- und Poolbereich sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Ein tolles Ambiente, um nach einem aktiven Tag zur Ruhe zu kommen. Unser gebuchtes Deluxe Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider war der Service während unseres Aufenthalts sehr chaotisch. In Anbetracht des gehobenen Preisniveaus fanden wir das sehr schade, zumal sich weitere Unstimmigkeiten auch beim Abendessen wiederholten und dadurch weniger Ruhe während der Mahlzeiten aufkam. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus mit viel Potenzial, wenn der Service strukturierter wäre.
