Very central - close to tram; very comfortable beds
The floor was not washed before we entered. I told them and still it wasn’t washed.
Goede ligging om Amsterdam te ontdekken. Leuke cafés en restaurants in de buurt. Vlakbij Vondelpark en muséas.
De kamers zijn niet geluidsdicht. Als je buren hebt die luid praten of kinderen die wenen hoor je het. De 2 trappen in de kamer was voor ons geen probleem maar kan gevaarlijk zijn. Vooral deze naar de badkamer.
Although the room was on the smaller side, it was very well organized, which made it feel sufficiently spacious. The highlight for me was the balcony view overlooking one of Amsterdam’s canals; very pleasant and relaxing. The room was cleaned and tidied every day, which is becoming increasingly rare and was highly appreciated.
The location is excellent, close to everything you might need, including restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A particularly convenient feature was the WhatsApp communication system: after booking, you are connected to a chatbot that can quickly link you to staff when needed. I used it for check-in and check-out coordination, and the response time was consistently fast. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.
In terms of value, the price is very competitive compared to similar hotels in Amsterdam, which makes it even more appealing.
A few minor points to note: upon arrival, the room did not smell very fresh (possibly from cleaning products), but this resolved by the next day. The furniture shows some signs of wear, which is understandable. Finding the main entrance was slightly confusing at first, as the building is part of a complex with multiple hotels. For reference, the correct entrance is the one with the intercom-style button. It would be helpful if the hotel provided a simple guide or photo of the entrance in advance.
There was also some noticeable noise early in the morning (around 6:30 a.m.) on the first day, but this did not recur. Lastly, the coffee provided was not to my preference, so I used my own. Something to keep in mind if coffee quality is important to you.

Close to the tram and center. Staff is really nice for the most part. Room bigger then the average Dam hotel but the inconvenients are too much
Room was not properly cleaned on arrival (used condom wrapper by the bed , chips on the floor, dust on light fixtures, greasy kitchen area). Housekeeping standards were poor, and items from our food (chocolate which they offered us because of poor cleaning) were taken during cleaning. Overall not acceptable at all for the price paid.

La stanza era pulita e piuttosto silenziosa , molto gradita la macchina da caffè con capsule.

La camera era però piccola per quattro persone e il bagno aveva una bella doccia spazio a ma il lavandino era invece troppo piccolo. Scomoda anche la posizione del water .

Je travail dans l hôtellerie depuis 25 ans et je peux vous dire que même dans un hôtel 1 étoile si il y a ce type de problème la chambre n est pas disponible a la location mais alors dans un hôtel 4 étoiles a plus de 400 e la nuit c est scandaleux .

La chambre famille, est une chambre normale avec un grand lit en plus. Les lits collés au mur d'un côté 10 cm entre les deux et collé sous la porte fenêtre l'autre côté, j'ai dormis avec le rideau collé à moi toutes les nuits, il y a pas de place entre les lits, une fenêtre avec la poignet démontée mais en position ossilo-battant donc le froid qui rentre toute la nuit, obligé de bloqué avec du papier.
Pas de place pour le petit déjeuné, attente de 35 minutes pour se retrouver les 4 divisé en 2 groupes pour pouvoir prendre un petit dej.
Couloir encombré par l'aspirateur, les dessertes à linge.
Pour le tarif c'est un peu léger.....

Prezzo a mio avviso alto per la tipologia di camera assegnata. Innanzitutto molto piccola per essere occupata da una famiglia di tre persone e con tre letti singoli. bagno altrettanto piccolo e pulizia decisamente da migliorare.
