Easy, great hotel staff
Pros:

Super convenient, lovely reception staff and a quiet area. They let us leave our luggage before checking-in which was very helpful as we were in a rush to catch the bus for Keukenhof. Also provided water bottles, and coffee machine in the room. Clean, tidy, and quiet. Thank you!

Not good value for money
Pros:

Not much to be honest, the location was decent, about a 30 minute walk into the centre and the shower was nice.

Cons:

The first welcome into the stay we were met by a woman me and my boyfriend both thought seemed passive aggressive and didn’t create the warmest environment. Then we went into our room. The pictures do not represent reality at all. We walked in and the room was a lot smaller than depicted in the pictures. As well as this, I went to open the balcony and the door handle came off, so we were unable to even use the balcony ( which was needed as there was no room in the actual room for all our things and ourselves to be honest). As well as this the bed was quite literally a small double frame with two single mattresses that did not fit whatsoever onto the frame itself. I spent two nights lying on one bit of the mattress because anytime I moved it would flip the mattress around as it literally was hanging off of the bed. To be honest, the hotel was not cheap for what it was, the floor felt unclean and to be honest, not much of it did feel clean. The shower was decent, it’s just that when you turned it on, the whole room was soaking ( which I do get is something that happens and can’t be helped all the time) but, it wasn’t the best when on top of that there was everything else. When we checked out, there was no questions from staff about how our stay was or our trip, it was very much check out and leave. I guess another positive was the fact we were able to leave our bags there, but that is just a basic amenity from a hotel. Everything seemed run down and quite in need of some remodelling.

It was okay.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

I booked a room with 3 beds, and there were only 2. The room (other than the beds) was dirty. There was a dried contact lens on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was coated in grease and the bathtub had hair and residue in it. The windows and couch were broken. The process to get into the parking garage was stressful because there is nowhere to temporarily pull over to get that situated. There is visible mold in the shower.

Good location, good breakfast
Pros:

Very good location and excellent breakfast. Staff was kind and helpful.
Food hall which is very close is perfect for quick bites and beer

Cons:

Beds can be better, they were too soft.
I know it is Amsterdam but weed smell coming from other rooms are a bit too much

Der Aufenthalt war sehr enttäuschend.wie haben sehr viel Geld für ein Zimmer ausgegeben was nicht größeresdas Bett war.
Pros:

Zimmer so klein, dass man sich kaum drehen konnte

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit sein Gepäck irgendwo abzulegen oder aufzuhängen. Das Doppelbett ist in der Mitte auseinander gegangen und war viel zu weich.
