The location is great. There are many restaurants nearby and the tram stop is very close. The fact that there is parking underground (if very expensive) is also a plus. The breakfast is very nice.
The facility is a bit dated and there are a lot of marks on the walls. In the central areas on the floor were also the cleaning supplies and towels. The floors could have been cleaner. The staff was friendly, but should not have been doing their makeup and nails at the front desk. It’s not professional.

Si bien queda a unos 20 minutos caminando al centro de Ámsterdam pasa.un tranvía por la puerta.
La zona es ideal para un despertar tranquilo y poder pasear en bicicleta.

La habitación estaba sucia. Habían hecho una fiesta y encontramos horquillas del pelo, confeti y globos en la habitación. El suelo tenía las marcas de los vasos en el suelo y estaba pegajoso. Al comentarlo con el personal nos dijeron que no podían cambiarnos de habitación porque no había libres, pero que nos compensarían con el parking. La calefacción tampoco funcionaba y hacía mucho frío.

2 different earrings of mine went missing after room service, which we didn't want but there was no card to put on door (other rooms had cards)

Nos encantó el trato de los empleados explicando las cosas muy bien y con mucha paciencia. Después a la hora de poder trabajar durante la estancia nos facilitaron un lugar cómodo sin problema y la habitación estaba limpia. La ducha muy buena con agua calentita estupenda y los juegos de toallas buenos.
La comunicación desde la reserva fue muy buena por wasap solucionando todas las dudas que tuvimos antes de la llegada
La calefacción que no iba bien así que pasamos frío por la noche.
Las camas individuales son muy pequeñas por lo tanto no dormimos cómodas
The hotel is well located, and that's about it. The problem started when I received the invoice for my stay. It's a joke. I left my details at the reception desk as instructed by the receptionist. They promised to send the invoice by email.
After a few days, no invoice arrived, so I tried to contact them. I was asked again for my billing information, I provided it, and received an invoice with the wrong details. After contacting them again and providing the correct details, I again received an invoice with the wrong details. After that, there was no contact and I was ignored. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
Hôtel bien situé, quartier calme et bien desservi par les tramways, pas très loin du centre et proche des musées.
Chambre peu pratique, aucune prise prévue pour le plateau de la bouilloire, prise murale mal fixée.
Vitre de la chambre extrêmement sale.
Fijne ligging, alles netjes, prima geslapen.
Niet zo'n grote kamer, maar wel alle faciliteiten aanwezig.
Enige minpuntje was dat we geen suiker en melk hadden voor in de koffie en alleen maar rooibos thee. Oh ja, en geen Nederlandse zenders op de tv te vinden.
