Enjoyed our stay at cools dreams. Our friends stayed in the suite. This room was beautiful. Again staff was amazing!!!
Pros:

This property is just a few mouth old. The rooms are beautiful . The best part of this place is the staff. They really go above and beyond to make your your stay is special

Cons:

I stayed in the JR suite. It is the room with the hot tub. This should not be an issue any more I see that they have changed the pictures on their website but we had no idea that the terrace is up a long steep winding staircase. I was envisioning sitting right outside my room with a glass of wine on the lounge chairs or in the hot tub. This did not happen those stairs were way too steep and coming down them after a few drinks is definitely not safe

Top Hotel in der Altstadt von Syracus, Auto friendly
Pros:

Fast ganz neues Hotel, komplette Ausstattung hochwertig und neuwertig. Sehr gutes Bett. Luxury Zimmer grosszügig, in ruhige Nebengasse. Nescafe Maschine am Zimmer, gute Kommunikation mit dem Personal sowohl im Vorfeld wie vor Ort. Sehr zentrale Lage, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Bars fussläufig schnell erreichbar. Bei Autoanreise kann eine Garage ca 50m vor dem Hotel (rechte Seite) mitgebucht werden. 25 EUR pro Nacht. Auf Wunsch wird das Auto vom Garagenpersonal geparkt (steile Rampe) und vom Hotelpersonal das Gepäck zum/vom Zimmer gebracht

Cons:

für uns unerheblich, daher nur als Info: das Hotel bietet kein Frühstück an, es gibt aber in der Umgebung Cafes…
Es gibt keinen Lift, daher bei Gehbehinderung aufgrund der Stiege nach dem Eingang eher nicht zu empfehlen, beim Gepäck hilft das Personal freundlichst

Lovely property, good location and a good looking future.
Pros:

A lovely property with very interesting plans underway for the expansion. At the moment, there is no place to gather on the property with friends and no place to have breakfast or have a drink, but I understand that is coming the end of 2026.

Amazing - definitely the best stay in Italy so far!
Pros:

Location was amazing, and the property is really new and well designed. The integration with the old stone building is really stylish.

Cons:

I would recommend the owners put in an ice machine and leave room in fridges for guests to bring their own cold drinks - this is something a lot of frequent travellers love.

Stunning! We had two nights here and it was fantastic. Very clean, modern and staff were wonderful. The roof top spabath and area were like our own private oasis. Highly recommend staying here

I have gone home with a beautiful memory of my stay at Cool Dreams.
Pros:

This property is located in walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Such an amazing place to stay and they have thought of everything in your room. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond to help you.

Cons:

I had to leave.

We would like see more properties like this one
Pros:

Perfect style, perfect position and perfectly cleaned room. Just 300 metres from the see. It is an eco-friendly hotel. Even the coffee capsules are compostable. The ancient building was perfectly restored. Thank you for all to the friendly and smiling staff.

“Een oase van rust en comfort – precies wat we nodig hadden aan het eind van onze reis.”
Pros:

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het hotel – een verademing aan het einde van onze reis. Het verblijf bracht ons echt tot rust. De inrichting was stijlvol, de sfeer sereen en ontspannen. De bedden lagen fantastisch, het sanitair was modern en verzorgd, en het personeel was vriendelijk en attent. Het is een nieuw verblijf op een geweldige locatie in Ortigia Siracusa.

Cons:

Er waren geen echte minpunten, maar er zijn wel een paar aandachtspunten voor gasten. Ontbijt wordt niet aangeboden, maar op loopafstand vind je meerdere leuke tentjes. Aanrader: Irma la Dolce — daar hebben we het beste ontbijt van onze vakantie gehad.

Houd er rekening mee dat er geen lift aanwezig is, maar het personeel is erg behulpzaam en helpt graag met je koffers. Parkeren bij de accommodatie kost €50 per dag; in de buurt zijn goedkopere alternatieven te vinden waar je prima kunt parkeren.

La struttura é molto bella, elegante e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. La camera dispone di ogni comfort. Inoltre la zona in cui si trova é super centrale e vicinissima al mare.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo passato una notte indimenticabile nella junior suite con terrazza e vasca idromassaggio. La camera è elegante, spaziosa e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, con un’atmosfera intima e rilassante. La terrazza privata è stata il nostro angolo di paradiso: al tramonto abbiamo fatto un piccolo aperitivo e immergersi nella vasca idromassaggio con vista sul cielo di Ortigia è stata bellissima.Il letto comodissimo, la biancheria morbidissima e il silenzio assoluto durante la notte. Ogni cosa trasmette attenzione. Lo consiglieremo ai nostri amici e vorremmo tornarci.

Un sogno!
Pros:

Io e mia figlia abbiamo dormito una notte a Cool Dreams e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La camera era molto bella, pulita e comoda. Il letto davvero confortevole e abbiamo dormito bene.
Tutto è curato nei dettagli e si sente un’atmosfera speciale, tranquilla e rilassante. Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile.
Anche la posizione è perfetta, vicinissima al mare e al centro di Ortigia. Torneremo sicuramente!
