Great stay but needs a little attention
Pros:

The owner and his mother are the highlight of this stay. The location is supreme and the outside is amazing. Internet speed is great and they let me keep my luggage after check out.

Cons:

It needs more attention when it comes to cleanliness. My room smelled really damp and there were many spider webs on the high ceiling. I mean some extra effort would really turn this experience outstanding. The fan in the room was super loud and needs immediate maintenance as it brings almost no air.

Pros:

Super emplacement, Ricardo est vraiment très accessible & il parle français !! On a pu laisser nos sacs sans pb 😉

Cons:

La literie laisse un peu à désirer mais honnêtement c’est un très bon rapport qualité-prix et c’est chouette d’avoir quelqu’un pour t’aiguiller.

A fabulous stay with Ricardo in Miraflores!
Pros:

Ricardo was very friendly and helpful, and made our stay exceptional. The location is great, directly opposite Huaca Pucllana with a beautiful view of it from the roof terrace. It's also a straightforward 25min walk to the Malecón and 10min to Parque Kennedy, and within easy reach of plenty of restaurants. We felt safe the whole time we were there, Miraflores is a lovely area to stay. Ricardo very kindly organised a cooking and pisco class on the rooftop which was a lot of fun and he was a great teacher! Breakfast was delicious, on both mornings we had fruit, bread, freshly cooked scrambled eggs, juice and tea/coffee. Would highly recommend staying here!

Cons:

As written in other reviews, you can hear noise from outside the room with this style of house. This wasn't a problem for us, I popped ear plugs in the first night (it wasn't late, we'd just arrived into Lima from the UK and had gone to bed early) and there was no noise at all the second night.

Localização perfeita para ir a Huaca Pucllana, pois fica a poucos passos do sítio. O quarto que fiquei era excelente e com vista para a Huaca Pucllana. O host é muito gente boa e dá ótimas dicas para aproveitar a cidade.

Pros:

Ricardo was very helpful and welcoming, and made a delicious breakfast in the mornings 😊. The location was very convenient and safe. It was lovely being able to relax on the terrace. Much better value than other hostels in the area

Cons:

There isn’t a lot of privacy in the rooms as the windows open up into internal shared spaces

La chambre est grande, fonctionnelle avec des rangements pratiques. Elle n'a pas de fenêtre. La salle de bains est adjacente.
La terrasse est très agréable, calme.
Ricardo est très aidant et partage ses bonnes adresses

La terrasse mériterait un gros coup de nettoyage Bonne adresse bien située

Ricardo y Claudia son super amables y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. La cada es muy bonita, tiene un rooftop con vistas al sitio arqueológico Huaca Pucllana, en un lugar muy seguro y tranquilo de Miraflores.

Pros:

Ricardo was a great host and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. Cool view, right in front of Huaca Pucllana. Close enough to Parque Kennedy with its nightlife and restaurants, but far enough away that we enjoyed the peace and quiet.
