Clean, well-run hotel
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were helpful, especially the Manager Vish who sourced an ankle strap when one guest turned her ankle while walking in St Mark's Road. Hotel was well run in a convenient area close to restaurants and Cubbon Park.

Cons:

Room was a little expensive for what it offered.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit super Personal! Ich hatte dort eine klasse Zeit. Danke an Pentouz!

Super Hotel mit sehr nettem und aufmerksamen Personal und sehr guter Lage in Bengaluru. Das Zimmer war geräumig, hell und gut ausgestattet. In der Kitchenette gab es einen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, sowie Besteck und Geschirr. Die Lage in der Stadt ist super zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Very calm place, in the centre, liked the view from the rooftop terrace

Cons:

The pictures show more the times when the hotel has been rather opened. Still in a good shape, but you can feel that the time flies. Good price/value combo though.

In a nice and convenient environment. Nice, modern building. Very welcoming staff. Tiled floor. Some kitchen facilities. Kettle.

The place it is situated has no signage and it's a dead end. The places to eat are quite a distance in the event of inclement weather. There is no views. The reception area can do with a revamp.

Pros:

Location is Great.

Many Coffee shops & restaurants are within 10 mins walk.

So PEACEFUL LOCATION

Cons:

When we got into the room , we could feel cigarette smoke smell.

While check-in , they asked & made us to cancel the booking thro BOOKING.COM and book DIRECTLY with them. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS ETHIC.

We booked a package for 3 guests for certain amount including extra bed . But they said extra bed charges will be extra & if we come directly means they would reduce the amount matching the original charge given by booking.com. Totally Bad Business Ethics.

No breakfast.

Very less number of rooms and guests. So felt unsafe slightly.

Considering the bad business ethics, not recommended to book such hotels.

Booking.com should filter such hotels so as to avoid inconvenience to their guests as well as for themselves.
