Preiswerte, saubere Unterkunft mit nettem Personal
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt gegenüber vom Skilift, Abendessen und Frühstück total lecker und ausreichend. Zimmer sehr sauber und nettes, junges Personal (die meisten nur englischsprachig). Wir würden wieder kommen.

Cons:

Had to look for staff in the restaurant during check in (I arrived ~8pm). You can hear what other families are doing through the walls.

Das Hotel macht keinen 4 Sterne-Eindruck. Auch wenn Englisch für internationale Gäste wichtig ist, so sollte die Umgangs

Die Lage, gegenüber der Gondel

Cons:

Im gesamten Hotel wurde mit den Gästen nur Englisch gesprochen, untereinander wurde hauptsächlich dänisch gesprochen. Sogar die Speisekarte war nur in Englisch verfügbar. Das finde ich in einem Hotel IN Österreich untragbar.
Das Essen war durchschnittlich und entsprach nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel.
Beim spärlichen Frühstücksbuffet wurde zu selten oder gar nicht nachgefüllt. Kaffee gab es am Tisch in der Thermoskanne, warme Milch war nicht verfügbar. Einmal waren keine Gabeln verfügbar, einmal fehlte das Salz auf unserem Tisch.
Im Skikeller gibt es viel zu wenig Sitzgelegenheiten und der Skikeller ist nur über den Gehweg vor dem Haus erreichbar. Kein direkter Zugang im Innenbereich.
Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen, obwohl das Zimmer sehr groß und ansprechend eingerichtet war. Im Bad gab es außer einem Sprossenheizkörper keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen, dafür gab es ein Doppelwaschbecken und ein separates WC.
