I liked that there was a pool where we could relax and hang after the beach. I loved booking the family room giving direct access to the pool and having a separate bedroom for the adults. The area where the hotel is located is very lovely and amazing. There is a selection of restaurants and beaches to stay at. Loved the location and not too crowded.
We had a lot of ants in the bedroom, the whole week. Also the bathroom door handle kept on falling off. The last day the shower door had a problem, it came of from its rack. The property needs a little bit more love.
Amazing facilities including a gym with welcoming and friendly staff that made the stay very enjoyable. Great service with an abundance of breakfast options to suit everyone and walking distance to restaurants, tavernas and beach. A must stay in Piso Livadi.

Hotel muito bonito com um ótimo pequeno-almoço almoço. Quarto muito grande e com uma ótima varanda.
Receberam-nos no quarto com fruta e bebidas entre as quais uma garrafa de vinho. Ótima piscina.
O local é muito agradável, praia pequenina mesmo em frente e muitos restaurantes à beira mar com bons preços e ótima qualidade.
Apesar de serem simpáticos, os funcionários não se encontram identificados, nem por farda, nem por qualquer outro meio de identificação.
Falta de organização no que diz respeito a entrega das toalhas para a piscina/praia chegando as mesmas a faltar. Tal não é compatível com um hotel de 5 estrelas.
Ficámos com a ideia de que ainda estaria em fase de acabamentos.
Sem carro seria muito difícil aceder a Paros, aos ferries e às várias praias da ilha.

I was actually quite disappointed with my stay. I’m not someone who usually pays much attention to appearances or uniforms, but compared to other five-star hotels I’ve stayed in, this one fell far below the standard. The first thing that surprised me was that almost all of the staff, from receptionists and bellboys to the bar staff, were wearing casual clothes instead of professional uniforms. It might be part of their concept, but it didn’t feel like a five-star experience at all. The room quality was also disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and many of the fixtures and materials looked very cheap. Parts of the shower enclosure were loose and hadn’t been repaired. The air conditioner was leaking water. We reported it to reception, and their solution was simply to put a towel underneath it to absorb the water and reduce the noise. The problem was never actually fixed, and the towel wasn’t even replaced afterward. The indoor pool was another letdown. There was no service around it, no staff, nothing, and it felt more like swimming in a private home than a luxury hotel. The only thing I can really compliment is the location, which is great. But aside from that, I don’t think the rooms, facilities, maintenance, or overall service come close to five-star standards. I say this with regret.

Curtains can be improved. Light goes through and its disturbing jn the morning.
Ligging is perfect. Vlakbij vele gezellige restaurantjes in het vissershaventje. Er is een supermarkt op wandelafstand. Alsook een mooi zandstrand: Logaras beach. Kamers zijn ruim, modern en proper. Ontbijt is heel goed! Mooi zwembad.
Dommige personeelsleden lijken soms een beetje nors, maar daar moet je doorheen kijken. Ze werken heel hard.
