Toilets and bathrooms were not the best cleaned. We found cockroaches roaming in our room.

Bathroom is not good at all ac is not sufficient to whole room some kind of smell is coming worst experience ever 3500 is almost waste to spend on this type of room and hotel
location is quite and away from traffic

At the time of check out the funds did not reach them from booking. com hence we had a little difficulty but receptionist said will check up with booking. com and let me know by noon and let me go on my assurance thst i will transfer the fund if booking. com transfer did not materialise by noon. But they did not call me as they must hv received the funds by then
The location and accessbility to many eateries

Towels were dirty with yellow stains and the walls were damp and moldy
all completed and very few items were available when i reached the 5th floor at 9.30 am
room service was poor and delayed
