Läget och priset

Cons:

Jag glömde kvar ett par byxor och ringde två dagar senare för att fråga efter dem. Jag fick då ett kort och ganska otrevligt svar, att han precis hade tittat efter bland kvarglömda saker och inget fanns, då en annan gäst precis hade hört av sig gällande samma sak. Eftersom vi då tydligen var två st gäster som glömt kvar saker men inget var inlämnat, gör mig fundersam på hur hanteringen av gästers kvarglömda saker hanteras. Vi har bott flera ggr på hotellet men detta gör att jag nog i fortsättningen kommer att välja ett annat hotell.

Nära till pendel och bra personal

Cons:

Dammigt på rummet. Ac:n paj och 30 plus ute. Luften helt still i rummen. Försökte få reklamera 1.5 dag jag hade kvar för det gick inte vara i rummet med en 2 åring. Hade redan varit där 1.5 dag utan ac.

Gick ej få pengar tillbaka för resterande tid, vilket jag tycker var dåligt i och med att det marknadsfördes med ac på rummet.

Bedden waren prima. Was schoon.

Cons:

We vonden de kamers erg warm, niet goed zelf te regelen. Daarbij erg jammer dat er op de kamer geen koffie of thee faciliteiten waren. Je kon wel koffie en thee pakken tot 16 uur, maar daarna betalen. Gemiste kans, dan beter paar euro per nacht meer vragen. De 'stoelen'bij het ontbijt waren erg laag. Meer voor jongeren. Terwijl er ook veel mensen van rond de 60 waren. Wij hebben deze vakantie 11 accommodaties gehad, maar nergens zulke lage stoeltjes gezien. Ontbijt was verder prima, niks op aan te merken.

Practical and clean. Specious bathroom.

Cons:

Bed is too soft and fluffy. Also pillows are small and shrink fast. I stayed alone so I was lucky enough to dubble the pillows , so I could sleep comfortably. Also could use instant coffee and water heater in the room for practicality

Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, Lage gleich neben einer Bahnstation - in 10min ist man im Zentrum.
Zimmer sind klein aber schön.

Cons:

Zimmer wurden 2 Tage nicht gereinigt, einmal wurde abends um 20.30h noch geklopft, dass nun eben der Zimmerservice da sei...

Lüftung/Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, wsr sehr stickig im Zimmer. Offenbar ein technisches Problem, aber es gab weder eine Information noch einen Preisnachlass.

Todo. Es un sitio espectacular, con la estación de Alvsjo justo enfrente con la que llegas enseguida a la estación central. Las inmediaciones del hotel son preciosas. El hotel, sus instalaciones y personal, un 10/10

Lo único que podría destacar sería un poquito más de variedad en el desayuno.

Lo que más nos gustó la cercanía a la estación de tren que te lleva al centro de Estocolmo, a tres minutos y en tres paradas te lleva al centro.

Bonito y cómodo, el cuarto de 3 personas es un poco extraño por la persona durmiendo encima de los otros dos pero pudimos dormir todos muy bien.

Cons:

Algunas veces cuando se hacía la limpieza no se hacía completa o se llevaban algunas toallas sin reemplazarlas

Pros:

Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Early check-in - thank you to reception guy.

Cons:

Breakfast was same everyday, missed scrambled eggs. But it was quite good even it was same.
Air conditioner is central and working not really good. Has to be changed to improve hotel quality.
Windows handles most of all are taken by hotel, so you can use just 1 small window to open.
I am giving 10 rate just because of very friendly and helpful stuff in reception and also that hotel has luggage locker. And hope so this 10 rate will be as advantage to fix current problems.
