המיקום מצוין , קו ראשון לים. צוות במלון מקסים ומסייע. מסעדה נחמדה מאוד בחזית של המלון . יש שירותי חנייה לרכב- בעלות של כ-50$ ליום , שזה יחסית סביר .

Cons:

אין קשר בין התמונות באתר למלון. החדרים מאוד מיושנים , החדר לא נקי מספיק, הבריכה קטנה . חדר כשר עלוב. מאוד מאכזב הדיסונסס בין הנראות באתר למקום בפועל . המחיר גבוה יחסית לתמורה וחבל .

Two night stay after cruise
Pros:

The location was perfect with easy access to beach and plenty of outdoor dining options around Ocean Drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout stay. The pool and the cabana were great for the hot weather. Loved the separate toilet from the spacious bathroom.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to dislike. We loved our stay

Der Pool ist in die Jahre gekommen und gefühlt nur 50cm tief.
Aus unserer Dusche kam kaum Wasser. Hatten es beanstandet, aber konnte nicht repariert werden.

Great Location Neighbour To Versace Mansion
Pros:

At the heart of ocean drive very near the restaurants, vibe and the beach. Has a pool with ocean view. Great large renovated room.

Cons:

The hotel has 2 elevators but one never worked during our stay we waited a little longer duriing rush hours but not a bid deal

L'accueil est parfait ainsi que la restauration

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec acces piscine. Le bedlonger attenant a la chambre et a la douche extérieure privée, etait occupé dès le matin. Les personnes étaient collées devant notre chambre et la baie vitrée que nous n'avons du coup pas ouverte. Un vrai manque d'intimité.
Il n'y a donc aucun intérêt de payer plus cher pour une chambre avec accès piscine.

Aangenaam verblijf door nabijheid van leuke restaurantjes
Pros:

Uitstekende locatie in de art deco wijk
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Ontbijt was ruim voldoende. Wel beperktere kaart bij gebruik van vouchers, maar je kan tegen extra prijs zaken toevoegen.
Ruime kamers met frontaal of zijdelings zeezicht.
Rustig hotel, geen lawaaierige omgeving.

Cons:

De toegewezen kamer lag in de hoek op vijfde verdiep onder de airco-installatie op het dak, waardoor lawaaihinder in de kamer. In deze kamer waren de gordijnen versleten en aan vervanging toe.
Na opmerkingen hierover aan de receptie, kregen we de dag nadien een andere kamer op de vierde verdieping, die duidelijk beter was ( groter raam, geen versleten gordijnen, minder lawaai). Dit werd door ons gewaardeerd.
De kussens van de ligbanken aan het zwembad zijn vuil en aan vervanging toe. Er worden wel grote handdoeken gelegd door het personeel.
Tweemaal ontbraken enkele handdoeken bij vervanging van de gebruikte handdoeken. Ze werden wel gebracht na contact met receptie.
Het hotel heeft geen eigen avondbar ( wel overdag aan het zwembad).

We enjoyed the pool and the view, of course the room was excellent big enough for two persons and very nice interior

Todo estuvo bien pero al final nos quisieron cobrar una consumición que no pedimos y el día anterior pedimos al valet que necesitábamos el auto 6am y no estaba listo
