Ruhige Lage des Hotels, man kann bei offenem Fenster schlafen.

Cons:

Kein Restaurant im Hotel, Hotelbar nicht besetzt, nur einfache Gastronomie im Umfeld vorhanden. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht. Kein echtes Boutique-Hotel. Schlechte Dusche.

Nice place to stay and work.
Pros:

The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is good in an special location in Beijing. The places to stay in the garden is very nice. The relation quality/price is good for the offer

Cons:

There is not subway station around but the staff is ready to help for a taxi which is a problem for foreigners because to book a taxi you need to do it by smart phone in Chinese.

great place in Beijing to chill and take in the 798 art scene.
Pros:

cool deco with art exhibition on site, great attention to detail. staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful and genuinely wanting you to enjoy the stay. Peking duck was the best I have ever had. and a lovely out door cafe.
