Beautiful boutique stay in central location with excellent staff
Pros:

Centrally located with wonderful staff who were extremely helpful, the hotel was a delight to stay at. Breakfast was extremely good and our room was spacious, modern and clean.

Comfortable and nice. True 4 stars.
Pros:

Breakfast was simple but lovely. Chef just such a likeable chap. Staff nice. Room (suite) very nice and spacious.

Cons:

Door to room flimsy, did not feel like closed properly. No safe. Bed sheets had some spots when we arrived (detail, but still). Noise from room above. Sometimes bit of smell from the pipes.

Migliorabile. Dalle foto non si possono capire i difetti.

La posizione - la colazione - lo staff

Cons:

Piano terra senza finestre buia e umida. Oltre al condizionatore poco efficace c’era un rumoroso deumidificatore. Mia moglie ha preferito andare a dormire sul divano letto di amici che erano accomodati in una struttura di fronte alla nostra dall’altro lato della strada.

A eautiful and friendly hotel, close to attractions, if there are no mobility issues in your party.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. They went above and beyond by leaving us breakfast since we were out very early one morning. The location was in walking distance to restaurants and St George's Square. The building was beautiful.

Cons:

We were unaware that the room had a large step up/down to the bathroom, which was inconvenient with someone having mobility issues. There was an elevator to the breakfast room but you still had to navigate steps further down.

Great location, but a 3 star hotel purporting to be something much better.
