The staff are helpful and attentive, they look after you from arrival to departure.
If you do have special requirements they will go out of there way to accomodate your needs. The continental buffet offers a typical strat to the day and the chef will cater to your needs if he has the food available. We were happy we stayed here and as a general my expectations are not met. I was very pleased with our stay and would recommend a booking if visiting Valletta. You will be very central, based in an easy to find city hotel.

sehr kleines Hotel, demnach das Frühstücksbuffet sehr klein gehalten,
teilweise Personal noch mit feucht aufwischen beschäftigt, zum Zeitpunkt als eigentlich schon alles fertig sein sollte,..
fehlende Artikel wurden oftmals nicht bemerkt,..

A total gem in Valetta
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, such a high standard. The staff were super helpful, kind and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring Valeta but quiet enough to be peaceful and not loud! It was perfect and I’d recommend it to anyone. Also a great breakfast included in the morning.

L'hotel è centralissimo. Non c'è la reception 24/24 ma arrivano le indicazioni per self check in. Colazione buona e varia. Il personale fa di tutto per farti sentire a casa.

Cons:

La mia esperienza con la camera Erskine non è andata bene a causa della mia asma. Ma lo staff mi ha proposto un cambio stanza dimostrandosi subito pronto ad accontentare le nostre esigenze.

Pros:

Great central location and very helpful staff. Lovely big room.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good. Precooked ‘rubber’ eggs, very limited selection of fruit and cereals. Very limited choice of things to eat. Did not have a single decent breakfast during the entire 5 days.
