Très déçu par le rapport qualité-prix. Malgré une bonne localisation et un personnel agréable, l'expérience en chambre est loin de valoir les 900 CHF payés pour 5 nuits. Nous avons dormi dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée (type "cave") dont la porte ne fermait pas ; un problème de sécurité signalé deux fois sans aucun retour de votre part.
La douche manque de propreté et les joints sont à refaire, un point déjà soulevé par d'autres clients mais visiblement ignoré. La note de 9,3 est largement surévaluée : au vu de l'absence de service client sur place et de l'état de la chambre, un 7,5 serait plus juste. À ce prix-là, le sentiment d'être pris pour un "pigeon" prédomine.

Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. L'accueil est vraiment exceptionnel. La suite était spacieuse et l'établissement calme et bien situé pour les visites. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement

Excellent location, spacious room, really lovely staff that make the stay feel extra special.

Cons:

Room was really spacious but a bit too dark, low water pressure and inconsistent hot water. Breakfast was nice, buffet style, but a bit standard for the price. Overall, value for money a bit out of kilter.

Fabulous boutique accommodation in the centre of Valletta.
Pros:

Room was stunning with sea view from balcony and the location was excellent. Breakfast was included and was very good. The breakfast room was in the cellar and was very atmospheric.

Central location, excellent staff, the room with the hot tub is worth it

Breakfast was OK as it was a very small range of choices -- nice frittatas but after 7 nights.. it did get a little boring.If I had a recommendation to make in terms of improvement, it would be coffee at breakfast. At the moment, coffee is made cup by cup and can take ages. Quite a few days, the coffee came when we had almost finished breakfast. Would make more sense and less stress for staff on duty, if coffee could be brought in a cafetière - you can always use a small one if it is for one person and a larger one for two people

Cons:

Nothing... the room was spacious, quiet. A minor recommendation - is to provide some fresh milk or cartons of milk in the fridge in each room for those who want milk with their tea or coffee. However, you could ask for some and the staff were super helpful. I just took a small jug up from breakfast.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back.

Despite having read a few comments beforehand, we experienced no unpleasant smell in the room at all — quite the opposite. Everything was extremely clean, the bed linens were in excellent condition, and both the pillows and the mattress were of outstanding quality, ensuring a very comfortable stay.

The location is simply perfect. The hotel is very central for exploring Valletta and also conveniently close to the ferries — whether to the Three Cities or to Gozo and Comino.

Maia and Damien were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always offering excellent tips and making us feel very welcome.

The breakfast was also of excellent quality, and the staff member in charge was always kind, attentive, and made a great coffee every morning.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel
