A beautiful place
Pros:

Truly lovely place. My room had a four poster carved into the rock, a massive hot tub and was cosy and warm

AMAZING
Pros:

Beautiful venue. I loved my stay. The staff were friendly and beyond kind and went above and beyond. The breakfast was superb. Excellent service provided by the receptionist and lady who assisted us. The rooms were very clean and this place is class. Thank you. I will be back and stay for longer.

Pros:

Amazing and cosy hotel in Urgup, great views of the caves and also walking distance from the city center. Rooms are very spacious, but the best part are the hosts. Super nice, courteous, attentive to your needs. They made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend

U won’t regret staying here
Pros:

There r so many good things to say about our stay here. The room we stayed in was so spacious and comes with private Turkish bath. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Last but not the least all the staff here r so kind making this stay one of our most memorable. Aukut welcomed us with such great hospitality, lighted up the fire place for us and gave us a nice bottle of red as anniversary gift. Ayse is such a lovely lady and served all our needs from brekky to everything else. Our son was scratched by a street cat and she attended to it immediately. Mehmed is a big guy but what an incredible gentleman. Our flight was booked for 8pm and he gave us late checkout as much as he could, making it so convenient for us. Overall such a lovely place such lovely staff. Thank u so much guys

Kayata Cave Suites is an ideal location if you wanna visit Cappadochia! The room I stayed in was very spacious, clean, and comfortable.the bed was very large with a good mattress, and the Bedsheets were so beautiful! I liked the lights very much! The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional! The breakfast was so tasty,fresh, and healthy ! I felt so welcome in this beautiful design hotel, and the location was perfect, too!

这是我们在卡帕多奇亚住过的住最棒洞穴酒店，甚至是在整个土耳其期间体验最好的酒店。房间很温馨，床品舒适，是我们在土耳其住过的酒店中唯一一个提供牙膏和牙刷的酒店，而其他一些酒店甚至没有沐浴露。
需要特别提到的是工作人员Ayse特别热情，不仅向我们详细介绍周边旅游景点，及时告诉我们热气球起飞状况，更是帮我们沟通伊斯坦布尔的酒店，帮助我们找回了丢失的身份证。她人真的太好了，我们很喜欢她，她是一个超棒的员工。
作为顾客，我强烈向全世界游客推荐这家酒店，真的太棒了！

This is the best cave hotel we've experienced in Cappadocia, and arguably the finest accommodation we had throughout our entire stay in Turkey.
The room was cozy with very comfortable bedding, and it was the only hotel in Turkey that unexpectedly provided toothpaste and toothbrushes, whereas some other hotels didn't even offer shower gel.
A SPECIAL MENTION must be made for Ayse, one of the staff members, who was exceptionally warm and helpful. She not only gave us detailed recommendations about local attractions and kept us informed about the balloon schedules but also assisted us in contacting our hotel in Istanbul to help retrieve our lost ID card. She was incredibly kind, and we truly think that she is an outstanding staff.
As a guest, I highly recommend this hotel to travelers from around the world. It was absolutely amazing!

Die Höhlenhotel ist absolut einmalig. Es hat total viel Spaß gemacht in den Gemäuern zu übernachten. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ayse ist sehr angenehm und gab uns tolle Tipps.

EXCEPTIONNEL
Pros:

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans cet établissement exceptionnel et très bien situé, à quelque pas du centre ville.
Le personnel est très chaleureux et bienveillant, tout en restant discrets. Ils nous ont organisé un tour privé pour aller voir les montgolfières, on va en garder un très beau souvenir.
Le petit déjeuner est qualitatif et quantitatif avec une surprise du chef chaque jour !
Mention spéciale pour Mr Fatih et Ayse 🙌🏼

War sehr enttäuschend und aufkeinenfall das Geld wert, gibt deutlich günstigere und schönere Hotels wo man sich wohlfühl

Die Lage war sehr gut. Jedoch benötigt man trotzdem ein Fahrzeug wenn man nach Kapadokya reißt.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen und haben dann auch pünktlich um 14 Uhr eingecheckt. Jedoch war die Toilette verstopft. Somit haben wir ein neues Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption bekommen, da es anscheinend alle Zimmern ausgebucht waren.
Uns würde als Entschädigung 2 Gläser Wein angeboten, dass wir nie bekommen haben und wir auch nicht mehr nachgefragt haben, da sowas automatisch vom Hotel kommen sollte.
Unser Zimmer war leider katastrophal. Da ich sowieso schon eine empfindliche Haut habe und unter Neurodermitis leide, hat sich meine Haut durch das stark beheizte Zimmer sehr verschlechtert. Das Zimmer hatte eine Temperatur von 27-29 Grad und wurde dauerhaft beheizt.
Als ich das angesprochen habe, hieß es, dass es eine zentrale Heizung sei und wir die Fenster zum Lüften benutzen sollten. Das war keineswegs akzeptabel für mich und sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Das Fenster konnten wir nicht öffnen, da direkt neben uns auch die Rezeption war und ab und zu Menschen zum ein und auschecken vorbeigelaufen sind.
Das Kamin im Zimmer diente letztendlich nur als Deko und wurde aufgrund des „Wetters“ nicht angezündet, da es anscheinend nicht kalt genug war (Außentemperatur nachts hatten wir 1 Grad).
Das Frühstück habe ich schon vor meinem Aufenthalt gut genug von alten Gästen angesehen, jedoch war die Realität eine andere. Man bekommt trockenes Brot und kein Börek oder Pommes wie auf den eigentlichen Bildern sondern eiskalte Pancakes. Ich musste aufstehen und in die Küche um nachzufragen, ob Sie mir bitte mein Tee nachfüllen können.

Excellent stay. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

Kayata Cave Suites is a small hotel but they have very cute rooms and the best staff ever. Very friendly and attentive. Always looking to make you comfortable and assist in any way. The breakfasts are the best.
