Pros:

Un hotel espectacular en todos los aspectos, nos atendieron como en casa desde el primer momento, nos aconsejaron múltiples opciones para poder visitar y que hacer en los días de nuestra estancia, nos ayudaron a resolver cualquier duda, nos pusieron un taxi para nosotros para poder visitar toda la Capadocia, incluso no trajeron una moto de alquiler en la misma puerta del hotel.
Si buscáis una experiencia única, no dudéis en visitarlos, instalación i personal 100% recomendable. Si volvemos a visitar el país no dudéis que volveremos a repetir, da gusto encontrar gente tan amable i servicial.

Amazing experience staying in a cave suite and the staff even better! The team at Kayata were so helpful with all my queries! Especially with trying to book experiences (hot air balloon and sunset horse riding). The best surprise was the Turkish breakfast available at the suite! It was delicious every day we stayed! We also loved being able to order room service/tea to the terrace and enjoyed dinner with a view. It is also just a quick taxi ride to Göreme, but Urgup has a cute city centre as well.

Cons:

Nothing! They catered to all our queries!

员工非常热情，会帮忙安排一切活动，打车，订餐厅，订各类活动，特别要提的是早餐很好吃 homemade food的温馨感，土耳其炒蛋也太美味了，吃完早饭坐在门口喝杯咖啡的感觉很棒。

Soggiornare al Kayata Cave Suites è stato semplicemente indimenticabile, e la King Suite ha reso l'esperienza unica.
La camera è spettacolare, ampia e arredata con grande gusto. Il pezzo forte è senz'altro la vasca idromassaggio al centro della stanza, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo un'intensa giornata tra le meraviglie della Cappadocia. Inoltre, un aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato enormemente è che la stanza rimane sempre piacevolmente fresca e ben temperata, offrendo un rifugio rigenerante e un comfort climatico naturale imbattibile anche nelle giornate più calde.
La King Suite e il Clima Perfetto: Oltre alla vasca idromassaggio a vista e al letto comodissimo, le pareti in pietra mantengono la camera sempre fresca e accogliente, senza mai risultare umida.
Colazione Turca Straordinaria: Una tipica colazione (kahvaltı) ricchissima di prodotti freschi e locali: formaggi, marmellate artigianali, frutta e delizie preparate al momento.

The bed was super comfortable and there is a nice rooftop balcony. They also offer an incredible breakfast. We were very happy with the options.
