The receptionist was super friendly. He took me around to the garden in the morning and showed me different plants.
The room was spacious enough for my solo stay. My view was great as it faced east, so I got to watch the sunrise from my balcony. There is water heater and you can request heater with additional fees.
It's a location closer to the train station than to Nuwara Eliya town, but I didn't mind that.
The towel was damp, possibly from the misty weather. But it felt uncomfortable to use it.

But rooms were low quality, not in terms of housekeeping, but in terms of built quality, feel like rooms are just half baked and not tidy, overall room feels dirty because of this. I don’t think staff can do anything to make it look better in terms of housekeeping, staff have done the best they can.

Staff is very friendly specially room boy is help us a lot.They give us home grown food for our breakfast.View from the room is spectacular can see many mountains including Hakgala & Piduruthalagala.Single Tree mountain is also located close proximity to the hotel.
Access to the location is quiet difficult.Space of our room is quiet small as it is built by container cabin.
My stay in the Standard Double Room was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The balcony with garden and mountain views was a highlight, providing a serene space to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding the property.

While my stay was pleasant, I did find the path to the property a bit confusing. Clearer directions or better signage would make it much easier for guests to find the location without hassle. That said, the manager was incredibly helpful and guided me to the property, which was greatly appreciated.

Access road need to maintain properly.
It was nice to have a balcony with a view. The whole build has a stylish vibe. The room was comfortable and had hot water. The staff was very helpful and could speak english ok (we only struggled with a girl in training with who with end up using google translate to avoid miscommunication, she was very sweet and nice though).
As in many other accomodations we struggled with stable internet connection. Also Diwali celebration in the next house was hard to miss through the container construction - which was cool to experience but still kept us up.

The hosts were super kind and provided everything we needed. They were super responsive over WhatsApp if we had any questions or needed something.
The rooms were tiny made with container boxes but it was very clean, comfy, and fairly modern.
The room has a nice balcony with an attractive mountain view. Overall amazing and worth it.
The water pressure in the tap was pretty weak but the shower worked well enough.
