I didnt like anything

Cons:

I checked in early and was originally given a room on the third floor. The room was clean, quiet, and I was satisfied with it.

After I took a shower and went downstairs to ask about breakfast, I was told that I had to move to another room on the ground floor next to the kitchen. Before I moved, the area was quiet, but after moving, the staff were talking loudly, and there was constant noise from cars and the staff cuz the room was next to the kitchen and breakfast was very very bad and talking directly outside the balcony. Because of this, I was unable to sleep or rest.

The staff told me that the room on the third floor needed maintenance. However, when I asked to move to another room on the same floor, they said the entire floor was under maintenance. I then asked for a room on another floor, and they again said those rooms were under maintenance. This explanation seemed suspicious and made me feel that I was being forced into a noisy room near the staff.

In addition, the bed in the new room was not properly cleaned and had black stains on it.

Because of these issues, I decided to leave only a few hours after checking in. I checked in at around 1:00 PM after arranging an early check-in, but I could not continue my stay because the room I was moved to was completely different from the quiet and clean room I had originally received.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter. I also kindly request a partial refund, with charges applied only for the few hours that I stayed, as I was unable to use the accommodation as expected due to the unexpected room change and the poor conditions of the replacement room.

Comodo per i turisti
Pros:

La struttura era in pieno centro, nella piazza principale per cui c’era molto rumore ma comunque era facile muoversi sia a piedi che con i mezzi quindi in generale buona.

Cons:

C’era poca chiarezza nelle informazioni, abbiamo chiesto se la colazione potesse essere anticipata alle 7:30 e ci avevano detto di sì. Quando sia scesi il giorno dopo ci hanno negato la colazione e quindi l’abbiamo persa. Almeno il giorno dopo hanno recuperato facendocela trovare però non è stato corretto.

Buon hotel
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta, le stanze sono nuove e ristrutturate. Colazione non eccezionale, ma buona.

Cons:

Mancano il bollitore e il phon in camera e non sempre si ricordano di aggiungere la carta igienica. Se si vuole la pulizia della camera bisogna richiederla esplicitamente.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Υπάρχει προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν που σε υποδέχεται. Το βράδυ κλειδώνει η κύρια πόρτα της εισόδου. Υπάρχουν κάμερες στους διαδρόμους και στη ρεσεψιόν και στον τρίτο όροφο όπου είναι τα δωμάτια. Ταξίδεψα μόνη μου και αισθάνομαι ασφαλής. Καλό πρωινό. Καλές υπηρεσίες. Είναι στην πλατεία Ταχριρ και αυτό είναι σημαντικό για τις μετακινήσεις. Το προσωπικό σου δίνει όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειάζεσαι. Το δωμάτιο έχει τα πάντα. Ψυγείο, κλιματιστικό, τηλεόραση, κλπ. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα..
