I think this hotel is good, have good location near the square, and people are very kind, and Nardeen is a good person, teach me Arabic with patience, and help me a lot, if I come to Egypt again. I still will choose this hotel.

Overall good experience
Pros:

Great location to start your daily journey, good room with adequate facilities, great Ac, meduim bathroom, staff was good and hospitable.

Cons:

The sound insulation wasn't enough for the outside noise, and sometimes the elevator gets stuck. No room service and the fridge was noisy so i couldn't use it
