Good.
Pros:

The location is great, close to everything you need like food, transportation or shops. The staff also nice. I booked a single room that very basic and I think it's enough, I don't have problem. They served breakfast at the balcony with the Tahrir roundabout view

Cons:

The blanket is smelly, so I didnt use it at all.

The location is superb right in down town where lots of food places, and easy to go everywhere from here,the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The lift was a bit scary and broken because we had room at 3rd floor it was on and off working so its a bit of luck if working, and room had 2 single beds where we went as couple and no room cleaning each day. Otherwise its okay not massively impressive but if you're out and about(like us) and just using the bed at night then this is okay for you.

J'ai déjà passé des séjours avant c'était top franchement . J'ai décidé de revenir parce que c'est très bien passé avant.
Me cette fois je trouve autre personne à la réception c'est Pas même chose les 2 parler avec une façon bizarrement et le jour de la sortie c'est plus j'ai quitté l'hôtel a 00:30 h j'ai mon avion a 4h . Dans la sortie il m'a dit non tu ne quittes pas le lieux jusqu'à je fais une vérification pour la chambre et tout equipment. Imaginé vous.
Pour la chambre elle est bien équipée mais malheureusement pas de fenêtre pour l'aération mais ça va.

Cons:

Un petit conseil :
Un très bon emplacement de l'hôtel et aussi un très bon service terminé avec une très bonne réception .
Il faut bien choisir les personnes qui travaillent.
Personnellement j'ai fait une autre réservation chez vous parce que la première fois tout est très bien été ça était super expérience . Inchallah vous prenez en compte ma réclamation.
