- The low score is especially that the pictures you see are either false og strongly manipulated . The apartment room is very little and Very basic, there is not a lot space as shown in fotos, there is no comfy bed (bed was bad), there is no balcony as shown in the pics etc etc. That is not okay to do false advertising You will see what i mean in case you book.
Sam centar grada, smeštaj udoban ,čist, cena pristupačna. Dečko/gospodin na recepciji je pravi ambasador Novoga Sada. Veoma ljubazan, nasmejan ,pozitivan... Za svako pitanje, pomoc je na raspolaganju. Veoma lep utisak.... Za svaku preporuku..
The location is exactly at center and staff were good and helpful.
To be honest its not apartment. Its a tinny room, with 02 tinny bed, very uncomfortable washroom. There was no space for 02 people to stay comfortably. We had issue with AC as it was not working and to open the window. Due to that reason we had mosquitos in our room. There was no quilt, we just had quilt cover. The washroom commode was not clean. FYI There is no elevator, had to carry baggage through stairs.
The location, but next to the room there's a rock bar and it's super loud.
So first all, there, that old lady who made the check in was really rude, the room is nothing to do with pictures they present, no toiletries, no shampoo, soap, etc. there was condoms in the trash can, no coffee or tea as they mentioned in the description and photos. They made us leave around 9 which is not ok too coz the check out time in description is 10am -12pm, the bed is uncomfortable and make noise if you even move a bit, a lot of mosquitoes in the area, loud music and clubs around, the building is quite old, only good the sheets were clean, nothing else.
my stay was absolutely perfect. i arrived earlier, so i had to wait a bit for my room to get ready and i got a chance to speak to the owner, who was so nice to me and we had lovely conversations. the apartments were in the city centre and travelling around was so easy. little kitchen is included and bathroom is small but clean and nice.
The room was a good value for money and was well-located. It was within walking distance of the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping locations.
The room didn't really have all the amenities as listed on Booking. Though it didn't bother us much, it is a misrepresentation of what the room actually offers.

No hay utensilios de cocina en el apartamento. Sólo una sartén, una cuchara y ningún tenedor!!!
Located centrally. Next to the main historical square, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bus stop. Room is large enough and clean. Cooking facilities. Plenty of pillows and blankets to choose from to comfort your sleep. Owner is a nice woman eager to help. She helped to arrange a tour to Fruska Gora for an attractive price.
