Pros:

What's not to like? Tasteful interiors, clean and comfortable with all one needs, also spacious and well maintained, friendly staff and beautiful greenery.

Pros:

I request them to change my breakfast to Sahoor (Meal before starting my fasting) but the reception guy rejected my request, and I requested them to exclude the breakfast from booking also rejected ,

Excellent stay. I’d stay at Le Cottage again or recommend it
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The staff were so nice. I requested for a second bed and they made it happen. It was also a good bed. The cottage had everything we needed, utensils, a fridge, screen. The WiFi was also okay, it lagged a bit at first but this was worked on. The breakfast served is also a 10/10.

Cons:

Nothing really. The sink drainage smelt a bit off once we opened the cabinet under the sink to use the dustbin but this was minor as we barely opened it.

Excellent, new hotel with first-class facilities in quiet but central part of Mbale
Pros:

Everything - location, facilities, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast, large and comfortable rooms. And the price was quite reasonable given the quality.

Cons:

Nothing really - only that they didn’t serve beer in the on-site restaurant!
