Great welcoming staff, specious rooms, strong water pressure, and so so clean.
I request them to change my breakfast to Sahoor (Meal before starting my fasting) but the reception guy rejected my request, and I requested them to exclude the breakfast from booking also rejected ,

Extremely clean, quiet and comfortable
Everything was excellent. The staff were so nice. I requested for a second bed and they made it happen. It was also a good bed. The cottage had everything we needed, utensils, a fridge, screen. The WiFi was also okay, it lagged a bit at first but this was worked on. The breakfast served is also a 10/10.
Nothing really. The sink drainage smelt a bit off once we opened the cabinet under the sink to use the dustbin but this was minor as we barely opened it.

They should put outdoor furniture outside each cottage, they have good space and gardens

Good accomodation and service
good
Le Cottage was very responsive to our requests. They also allowed us to keep our car parked on the property while our group was away hiking Mt. Elgon. Needless to say the car was in the same condition when we returned.
The bedrooms could have mosquito nets
The staff customer service , the manager was was welcome and profession and always ready to offer help , the cheif was exceptional
Spacious comfortable rooms, nice bathroom with everything working, professional and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious.
No mosquito nets, the fan provided in the room was loud (bring earplugs) and they didn't have cold drinks.
