I loved everything—the design made me feel like visiting my grandparents’ home, warm and private. The staff were excellent. The hotel has been open for nearly 40 years, and it’s still beautiful and clean. The room was absolutely wonderful—great bed, very spacious, and comfortable. Probably the largest room I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel in Chiang Mai. The breakfast was also excellent.

It has a soul, the suits are very comfortable and stylish, pleasant staff, good food in the restaurant
Servise at the restoran needs to be much better, and the hotel should be restored to its old glory

They only clean the rooms 2times a week and do not give toiletpaper, not even one roll, when you arrived🙈There is no brooms available to sweep your own room.
The breakfast choices were varied, room sizes big
Tattered furniture, torn towels, ignorant staff, nothing nearby, it's a ghostly castle. If you don't have your own car, then the only possibilty of transport is app cab (grab). We tried to go to main street by walking, there are dangerous group of street dogs which attacked my child.
