Ok get a ground floor room , don’t expect much from the staff and expect to get what you pay for

Location is dead centre of everything

Cons:

Stairs to narrow and steep, we were on the 5th floor and one night I asked the hotel clerk to come let me in my room as I have arthritis in the knees and my friend had fallen asleep in room and couldn’t wake him and he made me walk up 5 floors and back down and give me a 2 minute time frame then to go back up to get into my room

Pros:

You get what you pay for, basic nothing fancy but does the job. The staff are friendly welcoming, any questions happy to help. The location is perfect right in the middle of Amsterdam central, 5 min walk from the train station, everything you need is within walking distance. It was our fourth visit/ stay at this location, also had company from a little grey & white kitty during our stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cons:

Muitas escadas para o quinto andar onde ficamos. Mesmo após termos falado com o recepcionista na primeira noite, que meu amigo havia operado do joelho há pouco tempo, e precisávamos que ter o quarto mudado para um andar baixo para a sua melhor locomoção, ele nos disse que não tinha banheiros nos andares inferiores. Então não mudamos. Foi uma experiência bem sofrida para meu amigo.
Também não havia um aquecimento consideravelmente bom do último quarto no último andar. (#113)

Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable. We travel a lot and this bed we slept well in. The rooms weren't that spacious, but enough for a city visit. The shower was perfect temperature. The only down side was the city noise outside, but as bed was so good, once asleep didn't hear anything. Lots of stairs. Typical for Amsterdam. Would stay here again.

Cons:

The city noise, but didn't deter out stay and the room could've been a little bigger, but bot an issue.

Céntrico hotel
Pros:

Buena ubicación y personal amable. Tienen gatos cariñosos que se pasean en el lobby. Puedes dejar la maleta despues del "check out" sin costo alguno por si quieres salir a hacer otras cosas y volver mas tarde. La habitación cumple con su función. Dormir, ducharse y descansar.

Cons:

Me imagino que el hotel no puede hacer nada, pero si la habitación da a la calle, se escuchan ruidos. Una hora antes del check out viene un trabajador despertando a todo el mundo para recordarles que tienen que salir a tal hora. Moqueta en las habitaciones no suele ser sinónimo de limpio pero se ve ordenado y aceptable.

Pictures don't really show how tattered the rooms are. I know it never started that the room had tea and coffee but then downstairs you're charged for it so its all a little too basic
