Very helpful staff
Pros:

Excellent location for staying in Vlorë. The breakfast served was delicious, lots.of pastries, fruit, cheese and eggs.
The room was pleasant with comfortable beds.
Car park was very useful.
The best thing about this hotel is the friendly staff.
They went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay and even went out of their way to help us when our car had a flat tyre.

The hotel staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. On the very day of my arrival, they informed me that they had no rooms available, despite my reservation. Instead of offering a solution or apologizing, the receptionist spoke to me in a very disrespectful and inappropriate manner.

This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They can leave guests stranded without accommodation, which is completely unacceptable.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach perfekt. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, und man hat alles, was man braucht, in der Nähe (Supermarkt, Restaurants usw.). Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es ist zwar Frühstück inbegriffen, aber es gibt kein offenes Buffet. Das Essen wird immer auf einem Teller serviert, sodass man sich nicht aussuchen kann, was man essen möchte. Außerdem ist das Frühstück fast jeden Tag dasselbe. Aber wie gesagt: Für den Preis, den man zahlt, kann man sich wirklich nicht beschweren. Man bekommt trotzdem einen Frühstücksteller mit einem Omelett, Tomaten, Gurken, Käse und Brot serviert. Dazu gibt es noch Wasser und Kaffee.

Vite fait, histoire de passer quelques nuit mais déçu

Que ce soit proche de la plage, le petit déjeuner, et le lit était confortable mai petit pour 2

Cons:

Les toilettes sentait mauvais, la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas vraiment, la chambre était poussiéreuse quand on est arrivé et la nuit il y a de la lumière du balcon qui est allumé et ça illumine la chambre alors que j’aime dormir dans le noir total
