Budget Hotel but no TV and Dirty Linen
Pros:

Staff was friendly and it was a budget hotel

Cons:

TV did not work for three long days. It was difficult in the crampy space without TV for three days. Also, fan speed could not be changed. Someone thought of installing a remote controlled fan and take away the remote to trouble the customers. So fan either runs full speed or doesn't run at all. Plus, the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. They did not change earlier. We had to request for change

Room Size: The rooms are very spacious – this is the only positive aspect we found during our short stay.

Cons:

We stayed at Treebo Moon Waalk, Patia, for a night on 19th July 2025. Here are my observations:

Location & Building: The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of a building that houses other commercial properties, which makes it feel less like a dedicated hotel and more like a makeshift accommodation setup.
Payment Facility: Surprisingly, they do not have a credit card payment system in place, which was highly inconvenient.
Bathroom Design: The toilet is also quite large, but poorly designed. There is no separator between the bathing area and the toilet, leaving the entire floor wet after a shower, which is not ideal for hygiene or comfort.
Breakfast Experience: The breakfast was very disappointing. The options were limited to poori-ghugni, boiled eggs, and idly. When we went for breakfast, we were told that the sambar had already finished. There was no live counter, no fruits, and no juices. Tea was available, but for coffee, we were told it would take time!
Overall Suitability: The place may be suitable for budget travelers or backpackers who do not have high expectations.
Overall, while the large rooms are a plus, the lack of basic amenities, poor breakfast experience, and inadequate payment facilities made our stay less than satisfactory.

Pros:

Hotel room

Cons:

1.Wash room lock was not working.
2. Denied dental and saving kit though it was displayed on the wall of the room that available on request.
3. Staff behaviour. The lady at reception was very unprofessional when requested for an extension of couple of hours (1-2 in room stay) due to my flight time.
