Overall bad customer service and not very friendly to accommodate needs

Cons:

Tv and phone didn’t work and when I asked to accommodate to get another room the employee wasn’t willing to change rooms bc of a audit that she couldn’t override and had an attitude

Pros:

The staff were very Helpful esp Chris at the front office. He helped us know that we can actually have a late checkout and ride in the shuttle bus so it was easier for us to go places in town! Especial mention as well to the shuttle bus driver too who was very nice as well! Also the breakfast was good esp the cheese omelet :)My family loved the suite and the bed and pillows were very comfy! Thanks for such a great stay!
