Pros:

La sistemazione è stata cambiata a ridosso della prenotazione, ma ci è stata comunque offerta una soluzione accogliente e molto piacevole. Per arrivare c’è una strada stretta e con un piccolo pezzo di sterrato.

Cannot satisfy with IVY Home at all.
Pros:

The staff were super friendly. Especially Madhushanka and Balan provide an amazing service. Highly appreciated their welcome and service.
Only satisfied with the property is the staff of IVY Homes.

Cons:

- This property has no mountain view at all.
- The balcony was fully sealed with tape, and after I asked to open the balcony, the room was flooded with rain.
- No proper wall plugs to charge our mobile phones and laptops.
- Nearly 250m of the road was completely broken.
- Parking available only for 3 vehicles.

Beautiful place, excellent views, lovely staff
Pros:

The property was lovely and clean, it is really large (we had the whole place to ourselves), but it really was the hospitality of Madushanka and the rest of the team that made our stay so great. They were warm, friendly and welcoming - couldn’t do enough for us. The food was great too. And the view out of the back of the hotel is truly exceptional.
We went as two families and the socialising space upstairs was brilliant for us.
Great place to stay.

Pros:

Very nice view from the room , staffs are amazing and very supportive

Cons:

Little far from the city , but the view will cover it . No coffee or tea bags provided , mosquito nets or mosquito repellent machine should provide

The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and a bit spacious. The building looks new and well-kept. The view was beautiful and gave a cool, cozy vibe

Cons:

the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the hot water was inconsistent. Also, I was charged a bit more than the price shown on Booking.com

Pros:

The Hotel is very nice, it feels like home. The view is fantastic and the rooms and washroom are clean. Facilities are complete. We booked all the rooms at the upper floor so we basically have the spacious common room for ourselves. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. They cater to what we want to have for breakfast and dinner. They served the food in ample amount. For 2 staff working tirelessly to cater for our needs, did a job well done.

Cons:

I don't have anything that I don't like, but maybe a heater in the room, will be good for cold days.

Mould and mosquitoes
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

The room and bathroom had a lot of mould on the ceiling. They gave a room in one of their nearby properties but it was not nice. There were lot of mosquitoes. Power was out and none of the lights in the room were working with power backup
