La elección de este hotel en parte por su muy buen desayuno. El día de hoy llegamos al restaurante a las 8 am. Solo una opción de desayuno (huevo), solo un tipo de pan, queso y jamón. Pregunte por el jugo de naranja no había, solo un concho de jugo de sandía, después lo completaron con jugo de frutos rojos. No había jugo de naranja, no había caldo, nadie ofreció opciones. Terrible la atención y muy pobre el menú

Buena ubicación, la habitación limpia solo que este vez ( ya he estado en anteriores oportunidades) no hubo posibilidad de café fresco en las mañanas, dejan un sobre de café instantáneo personal para dos personas.
La atención del señor Kevin del restaurante fue excelente 10/10

Cons:

1. La recepcionista se negó a aplicar la excepción del IVA contraviniendo lo establecido en la ley 2068 de 2020 para extranjeros y residentes en el exterior, a pesar de que se exhibieron todos los documentos necesarios, los cuales fueron simplemente ignorados.
2. La atención del señor Cardoso del restaurante fue tosca a y poco amable 7/10
3. El operador de TV es pésimo, increíble que no pueda sintonizarse canales que se sintonizan en todos los operadores, por ejemplo increíble que no tenga Win para ver los partidos del Tolima mientras en todos los establecimientos de ibague se podía ver el partido del deportes Tolima y en general del futbol colombiano, es imperativo esta corrección para la época del mundial mediante un convenio con Directv.

Gorgeous decore, delightful surroundings, courteous staff.

Cons:

Mattress too soft. Doesn’t provide enough back support. A firmer mattress would have have been a superb feature.
