Casa Ita - Private Villas

Great location, quiet and away from all the noise but a short walk to the beach and town. You can tell that a girlypop was involved in the design and upkeep of the casa since you have every detail you’d want. Enough towels for body and hair, fireplace set with wood and a lighter, coffee and a press, very nice bathroom soaps and shampoos, great towels for the pool chairs (also very comfy)

If you are walking to the beach head all the way down to where the river and ocean meet, the beach is much wider there.

This is a great place!! You won’t regret your stay here :)

Todo fue excepcional

es war einfach perfekt! Wir haben noch eine Nacht verlängert. Die Villa sieht exakt aus wie auf den Fotos. Man hat einen nicht einsehbaren Pool & die Innenausstattung ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Klimaanlage ist top, Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und Kaffees, Restaurants befinden sich in 10 min Gehweite. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich an der Hauptstraße ca.15 min entfernt. Die Lage war extrem ruhig & wir konnten hier super ausspannen. Außerdem hat uns der Service sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten einen Wasserspender der aufgefüllt wurde und es wurde täglich unser Zimmer aufgeräumt, außerdem standen wir mit der Vermietung bei Problemen bzgl der Anreise in (englischsprachigen) Kontakt.

The villa is even better than the pictures look! The breakfast was also delicious and having it served in the villa made it extra special. I want to return!

El espacio, el diseño y las comodidades.

La privacidad de la villa es genial. Me sentí en casa, pero dentro de un paraíso.

Todo me encantó, la villa estaba impecable. Es uno de los pocos alojamientos que es mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Cada detalle está bien pensado y la tranquilidad que hay en el lugar le da un plus, ya que está un poco alejado del bullicio de la calle principal y los lugares donde hacen fiestas.

Llegamos unas dos horas antes del check in y la villa ya estaba lista por lo que nos dejaron ingresar temprano. Al salir nos permitieron parquear el carro en su hotel hermano mientras íbamos a almorzar. Ambas cosas hicieron nuestra experiencia mucho más cómoda, mil gracias!

Un verdadero paraíso en Palomino. Nos hospedamos con mi esposo y fue una experiencia hermosa: el lugar tiene una energía muy especial, todo está pensado con detalle y mucho amor. La habitación impecable, rodeada de naturaleza, y el desayuno delicioso. Perfecto para descansar, reconectar y disfrutar en pareja. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

The villa is spacious and looks exactly like in the pictures, a perfect little oasis for relaxed days. It’s only a 10‑minute walk from the beach and the main street with lots of restaurants, so the location is both peaceful and convenient. The service via WhatsApp was super helpful and always quick to respond. Breakfast is delivered to the room and ordered via WhatsApp. There are only four options to choose from, but the food was tasty, and even extra coffee requests were happily fulfilled.

Beautiful decorated rooms and really pretty aesthetics. Lovely, lovely small pool and outdoor area. Amazing bed (slept like a baby). Good equipped kitchen. Option for cleaning every day.
Coffee when we arrived in the villa. The privacy of the villa is also very good and we stayed there for days just relaxing.

Palomino is a great town, and Casa Ita is the perfect place to stay when you're there. It's away from the noise but still only a short walk to the beach front and main area (less than 10 mins).

We LOVED our stay here. The private pool (which gets a lot of sun) and hammock to relax after exploring was perfect. The inside was very large and well furnished with everything you need.

Communication via WhatsApp for anything we needed during the stay was super easy. And ordering breakfast and having it delivered to the table was such a lovely touch - it was such a great start to the day - and delicious.
