The room was cute, the bed big and the view on the mountain from the bathtub was nice. The check out at 12am was very appreciable. Very good breakfast.

I like everything about this Hotel. 🥰😍The place is really good to stay. You can have the comfort you ever wish to have. The ambiance was so calm. And what I like most is how we are being welcomed by all the staffs.. We have seen their smiles from the time we entered the hotel up until we leave. Kudos to all of you especially to all the frontdesk staffs!💯commendable.😍❤️Transportation is not also a problem because the have a shuttle offer for free.Hoorrraaayy?!! Very nice room and good breakfast. It's perfectly placed to take the bus into the national park. The staff was very kind and there's a free shuttle from and to the next metro station

入住時被告知被升等。但進入房間沒有感覺。剛剛才發現，我訂的房型，泡湯的地方旁邊就有山景。但是被「升等」怎麼景觀變差
The quality , staff and location couldn’t be better! The personal onsen was a nice touch. I was lucky and got a room upgrade due to low occupancy. I would 100% come again. My only regret is not being able to stay longer.
①很意外的地方是早餐可以自己做吊鐘燒w!! 但是烤盤距離桌邊很近要注意避免燙傷。②淋浴間裡有坐椅洗澡很方便很棒！很適合長輩。③我們比預定的時間還要來得早很多，感謝櫃檯和房務人員幫忙安排，她們都很親切！④電視有國外的頻道！選擇性很多！⑤冷氣很強！整體來說很舒適！
填這格不等於不喜歡，想提醒其他旅客該注意的地方：①備品要自購，單個20元。②距離最近的超商直線距離6分鐘，實際全是很抖的山坡路，部分路段晚上很暗，櫃檯會建議叫外送或入住前先買好東西。③剛好住到的那間，不確定是不是為了安全起見，溫泉池放水放不滿，大概在半池，而且沒拔塞子隔天池水也會流光。④接送服務到晚上9：00前。
