Hot Springs in the room. Shuttle bus is very convenient.
3 Steps up from the bathroom and shower to the bed area, not desired..

The breakfast is average but at my last day the coffee dispenser not working. The bath room water temperature aren't working, even at 39c the water was cold, as it is winter. Luckily, I could get warm water from the onsen water tap, to fill the water bucket, which was actually used to contain the water falling from us washing our face or brushing teeth. Also, there is no hanger on the door to hang our bathing cloth . The heater, I onn it for one hour, still the room was cold, as the outside temperature was 8 to 10 celcious. Lastly , I felt some of the pillow cover was not change , got smell. Only thing I like is the staff , are helpful & friendly.
The thing i didn't like , already share on " what did you like".
