Staff are really nice and made the trip more comfortable. With this budget hotel, the breakfast is really nice.

Shuttle car to pick up from bus station is very helpful
The hotel has the most friendly and the best english speaking staff that I met during my stay in Taiwan. The hotel also provides free car shuttle to and from the metro station at any time on call, which is very handy since it is situated in the hills a bit above. I recommend choosing the room with mineral bath at the balcony.
The hotel is already a bit older and some of the furnishing might need renovation or replacement. In particular the bath plug was not working as it should so the bath could not be drained properly. Also the rooms dont have japanese toilets which I would expect as standard in a wellness hotel.

Breakfast is ok.
1. During check in, hotel staffs instructed that used toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet, and need to be stored into rubbish bin. This is extremely disgusting and very unhygienic.
2. During 6:30am in the morning, loud noise from beneath the shower room, may be caused by next room or upper floor.
Sound proof environment is missing.
3. Onsen inside room is not clean enough, unhygienic again.
Hot tub, location, staff, especially the receptionist was very friendly.
Cleanliness of the room, air quality in the room, was overpriced for what we got.
