很讚！我們都很滿意
Pros:

①很意外的地方是早餐可以自己做吊鐘燒w!! 但是烤盤距離桌邊很近要注意避免燙傷。②淋浴間裡有坐椅洗澡很方便很棒！很適合長輩。③我們比預定的時間還要來得早很多，感謝櫃檯和房務人員幫忙安排，她們都很親切！④電視有國外的頻道！選擇性很多！⑤冷氣很強！整體來說很舒適！

Cons:

填這格不等於不喜歡，想提醒其他旅客該注意的地方：①備品要自購，單個20元。②距離最近的超商直線距離6分鐘，實際全是很抖的山坡路，部分路段晚上很暗，櫃檯會建議叫外送或入住前先買好東西。③剛好住到的那間，不確定是不是為了安全起見，溫泉池放水放不滿，大概在半池，而且沒拔塞子隔天池水也會流光。④接送服務到晚上9：00前。

Das Hotel ist mega. Super nettes Personal.
Wir haben Zimmerupgrade bekommen, was vermutlich daran lag, dass wir nicht zur Hauptsaison unterwegs waren.

Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und bot auch einen abrufbaren Shuttleservice an, welcher direkt vom Bahnhof abholt bzw. ablädt.

Das Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht und es gab eine Western und Eastern Option. Auch dieses hat meine Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Sauber war es auch. Einzig und allein das Quellbad war ein wenig älter und könnte eine Rennovierung benötigen.

Viele Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

泡湯就在房間，還跟浴室分開 更棒的是一面泡湯 一面欣賞山景 很棒。
房間不小 空間很舒適 隔音也很好 很安靜。還有接駁車免費服務。
服務人員很和善。很棒的住宿 下次還會再來。

冷氣出風口漏水，睡了一夜起床發現東西全部泡在水裡。旅館方沒有主動來查看狀況，只打電話來問「你想怎麼處理？泡水東西可以請款」然後說個不好意思就這樣。
可能覺得反正保險會給付財損，也不差這位顧客，消極處理，體驗極差。
