Overall good choice for the purpose of a short study-stay in Amman
Pros:

Good Breakfast. Location outside Amman centre but close local facilities such as shopping centre, pharmacy, restaurants, and cafés.

Cons:

There was a wedding during our 2 weeks stay which was a bit loud.
