Great location.
Poor management. The head shower was leaking constantly, and was oriented to tight “more” the valve, no apologies, nothing, as it was normal. Carpet was very dirty, smells foods.
The pool area is great, the location is great, the room is quiet and at the end of the hall right near the trash room.
It is outdated and the beds are very hard. The parking is frustrating at times because there's not enough spaces to rooms.
Plenty of space and clean with all the amenities required for self contained living.
Furnishings quite dated and tired. Second bathroom toilet didn't flush properly and shower was directly next to a window with blinds which unavoidably got wet while showering so we all tended to use the large bathroom and toilet in the main master bedroom.Would have liked basics to be changed over the week, towels and toiletries. To be fair when we asked for anything it was supplied promptly.

Apartamento excelente para família. Muito confortável, com cozinha bem equipada, quartos espaçosos e camas confortáveis. Meus filhos adoraram. Estacionamento amplo, fácil acesso aos parques da Disney, Sea World e Universal.

Location the actual apartments and the free transfers to the main parks
Paid before hand for cleaning the room but they would not honour my booking so had to pay again. Very costly for 1 day not enough sheets provided to change them

Great location great room layouts clean just a bit of a damp or old smell
Big tired now I’d rather pay a little extra and have the same layout but newer. Altough it was clean it’s hard to keep it not smelling weird because it’s so old
Everything within control of the facility was excellent. In our building, too many guests smoking weed. We had small children with us who had to witness this and tolerate the smell in the elevators and hallway. Building 1
