Al nostro arrivo il propietario non era in casa, ci accolse un ospite che non sapeva neanche la camera. La camera preparata per 3 era piccolissima. Nessuna colazione non capisco perché si chiamano B&B, questi posti dovrebbero essere chiamati con il loro nome reale: FITTACAMERE.

The accomodation was suitable for one night. Shared bathroom/kitchen if there are other guests.
Surveillance cameras continuously monitor the guests inside the apartment (kitchen, living room) and outside. Interior cameras are very confusing. Without the help of booking.com, we would have slept in the car. A more flexible approach would be needed. The use of mosquito repellent is recommended.
Our family was on a round trip, we had 3 accomodations booked for 3 persons. For some reason in this case the confirmation was quite confusing (it was stated 1 accomodation unit/1 night). The host asked before the day of arrival about the number of guests I wrote 3. If it is needed and acceptable we will pay for the additional amount in cash. He said it could be arranged only through booking.com. As Hungarian booking.com was closed then I wrote a message to booking.com about the change the number of guests. I got a message, it could be changed, if I accepted the new price, that I accepted. The following day we were travelling through North Italy, but mobile data network was unavailable, so I could not check booking.com message. I thought everething was ok. When we arrived to the house, the owner said he could see only 1 person in the booking, so try to contact with booking.com. I told him there was a mobile network internet problem (it is general in Italy), but he refused his help and to use the internet in the house. He sent us with a small kid to find an internet bar somewhere, wher we can check the booking. We were lucky as finally we got in contact with booking.com and managed to modify the guest numbers. Just a short note in the original booking a 3 beds room was booked, so there were available beds. Regarding the house, I did not complain about the additional tourist tax and shared bathroom. There was an equipped kitchen so it seemed to be self-evident all equipment could be used. So I think the 5 point rating is according to reality. We booked 30+ accomodations with booking.

The owner welcomed me very warmly. He selflessly helped me solve problems with my bike. I highly recommend this location to tourists.
This was my second visit and a lot wonderful renovations in the kitchen and living room had been made.

Good value for money especially if you are on budget compared to elsewhere in Padua. The host is amazing and ensures comfort for his guests. I had initially planned to stay for a night but ended up extending my stay. Rooms are very clean and private.
A bit away from the city, it could be both a good and a challenge. If you got a private car and need an escape from the city life then it's a good thing buh if you use public means, then access to public transport is a 10 minute walk especially on a rainy day. No nearby shops too so shop a bit before arrival if you intend to stay longer.
