TERRIBLE, NO LO RECOMIENDO

No nos estaban esperando cuando llegamos. La casa no tenia personal. Al final llego un señor ha hacer el favor de abrir y no sabian en que habitación dejarnos. Los cuartos no tenian sabanas ni toallas. Al otro dia hasta las8:30 am llego alguien con las Toallas. La piscina estaba muy sucia, los baños de las habitaciones tambien estaban sucios. A la 12am nos llego una notificacion que nos teniamos que ir porque el hotel tenia un daño electrico y nos toco irnos del hotel y llevar nuestra ropa caminando mas de tres cuadras. Nos enviaron a otra habitacion que tambien estaba sucia.

Cons:

Encima de todo nos toco pagar la noche por una valor de $135.000. Solo nos hicieron descuento por todo de $70.000. El administrador muy grosero. No acepto nada de culpa por lo acontecido. No recomiendo nunca ese hostal

The staff was great and they even gave us an upgrade of the rooms and changed us to a superior room with a private terrace.

Lery from the reception did everything in her power to make us feel at home and comfortable!

la entrada del apartamento es bonita.
el recibidor y la zona de la piscina
esta en buena zona porque andando son 10 min al centro pero no tienes ruidos

Cons:

Entraba muchisima luz en la habitacion, la puerta no cerraba bien y habia muchisimos mosquitos

Personeel erg onpersoonlijk en ongeïnteresseerd. Liet iemand gewoon bij de poort staan tot 2 x toe toen ik daar zat. Waren druk met eigen telefoon bezig. Moest ze er op attenderen dat er iemand stond!
Bij afrekenen was er geen wisselgeld nooit meer gehad.
Verbleef hier maar 2 nachten maar was al aantal weken in Palomino. Deze ervaring was niet palomino waardig.

Lovely white room. Very clean. Tha staff is lovely. They are so kind and offer coffee in the morning. There are 3 fantastic kitties 😸 very sweet and laid back. I highly recommend. Nice homely atmosphere.
