La ubicación y la habitación. Julio es muy amable y no hace falta mucho más.

Lugar tranquilo.pequeño...a pasos de la playa...ambiente rústico y sencillo...con cocina común...sencilla y práctica...solo les falta una licuadora y un microondas...pero todo ok

Endroit fantastique et authentique. A 4 minutes à pieds de l Océan.
Juan est extrêmement conciliant et nous a permis d occuper la chambre en avance suite à notre bus de nuit pour une somme très modeste. L endroit est calme mais pas loin des resto,supérette et autre arrêt de bus et le quartier est sage.

The property is spitting distance to the beach and also only a 5 minute walk to the main road, which is where the bus or collectivo will drop you off. My room was spacious and the bed super comfy. And, as other reviewers have said, Julio, the host makes the place. He is so kind and thoughtful. He let me creep into the property at 3:30 am in the morning which is the time the bus dropped me off. And shared a couple of cervezas with him during my stay and let me practice my pigeon Spanish.

Ich kann kaum beschreiben wie nett Julio ist. Er ist ein sehr liebenswerter Mensch. Ich wollte einfach Kaffee am morgen und er meinte nur, dass er einfach einen für mich macht. Das hat ich sehr gefreut. Wir hatten tolle Gespräche.

Die Lage ist mega. Du gehst zur Tür raus und siehst das Meer.

Wir waren in Máncora und unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar. Julio, der Besitzer, war das Beste an der ganzen Unterkunft – super, super nett, immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit für ein Gespräch offen. Dank ihm haben wir uns wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt direkt am Strand, und auch die süßen Hunde haben den Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

What truly makes this place special is the authenticity of its owner, Julio – a genuinely caring and kind soul whose warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. His personal touch can be felt in every detail, creating a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere throughout the entire stay.

The location is also perfect: just 50 meters from the beach, and only a 5-minute walk to the town center, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants and shops. Despite being so close to everything, the area is quiet and relaxing – the best of both worlds.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place with heart, charm, and the perfect location.

Julio was a helpful and friendly host, he made the stay very pleasant - along with his many pets!

Host Julio transforms this simple place into a real haven of peace. This place has everything you need and access to the ocean next door.
It's not a 5-star palace, but I think it's even better, because you feel so good.

Comfy place to stay.

The location was nice, right across from the ocean and short walk into town.

Phenominal stay here. The value and location is incredible. There is no other hotel in front so other than the sand road you are beachfront. The rooms are rustic but considering the price I cant imagine anything better. The room is simple but you get a comfortable bed, toliet, and shower. Julio was incredibly kind and helpful. If your looking to stay in Mancora and dont need luxory look no further.

Amazing location, friendly hosts, generous price

A place with simple facilities, but such soul and character. Julio, the owner, is the sweetest guy and he rescues dogs and cats from the street. We watched sports with him on his tv two nights in a row and had beers and pizza together. Really nice! The rooms were clean and the beds were good.

A great location - super close to the beach and also the main street. Julio is so friendly and made us feel right at home with teas and coffee in the morning. He also gave us local suggestions and even recommended a great private surf instructor for us.
