Very poor & disgusting & the cost was too high for middle class people.
Cons:

They didn’t accept our one & only special request.

They delayed much to check in to our room by crossing the appointed time.

The exhaust fan in washroom didn’t work at all. The AC remote & tv remote didn’t work properly.

The freeze was so small & it didn’t even work soundly for 1 minute.

The breakfast on day 1 was very poor specially the vegetables.

In booking.com it says that booking coral reef doesn’t require any repayment or advance payment. But shortly after booking it, the manager called & asked to pay 3000 in advance which was a clear cut hypocrisy.

Overall it was a bad experience.
