The location was okay and the stay duration was convenient.
The shower was not working properly. There was broken glass, and the water temperature was too hot. The room was not very clean, and overall maintenance was poor. There was also a gap between the main door and the floor, which felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

The room was big.
Bed cover and pillow covers were very dirty, even seems that they did not clean after 15 days use. Air cooler remains off when there is electricity black out generator does not support AC. Toilet was so dirty and full of cockroaches. I found only one person was taking care of room services of entire hotel . Even you will get no one at night if you need any help. No restaurant at Hotel.
Their location was good. The washroom was clean. Have got enough socket and port. The room's light conditions were much brighter.
No room service. The intercom phone didn’t work. Balcony was just a show. No usable space. The room's floor has no tiles. No quilt on the bed just a mattress.
If i go Sylhet further I'll stay royal palm
