Pros:

Location and friendly staff

Cons:

No sea view from no room. The hotel was promoted "on the seafront " but my windows looked to the backyard. The elevator is extremely small and slow and I had to drag my luggage on a steep climb to reach the elevator at the lobby. No balcony is available.

Nice modern hotel
Pros:

Very modern, central, next to port

Cons:

A small thing, we were asked if we would like to have the room cleaned and we said yes so clean towels were given but I don't think the room was cleaned (floor, bathroom). Maybe this is the concept of the hotel.
Breakfast was nice but there was no fresh bred only toast.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist zwar ebenerdig im Bad eingebaut, jedoch ohne Trennwände oder einen Spritzschutz ausgestattet. Das Duschwasser gelangt leicht in den Toilettenbereich.

Das Standardzimmer war erfreulich groß, allerdings gab es keine Schrankelemente mit Türen. Das gesamte Koffergut musste offen abgelegt werden. Ist wohl landesüblich, aber doch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gibt ja auch Dinge, die in einen Schrank gehören. Natürlich war ein Safe vorhanden.

Im Doppelzimmer war zunächst nur ein Sessel; eine weitere Sitzgelegenheit wurde auf Wunsch sofort gestellt. Man liest ja gern ein Buch oder Infomatrial im Sitzen.

Perfect location but no parking area for car in hotel.
Pros:

Perfect location and breakfast. You can find easily good restaurant for dinner. If you want to taste street food and beverages, it is true place.

Cons:

You have to pay extra money for your car parking. There is no parking area, so you have to go like P+R.
