Pros:

El servei és genial, súper amable i atent. Ens han fet sentir molt a gust. L’esmorzar boníssim, el preníem a la terrassa amb unes vistes espectaculars. El llit era molt còmode.

Cons:

Estàvem a l’habitació de la planta baixa, al costat de l’entrada i a vegades no teníem prou sensació de privacitat. Tan de bo haver estat en una habitació de la planta superior.

Your own private escape from the Filandia experience.
Pros:

The hotel's location and architecture give you an intimate connection with the surroundings, both on the big terrace as well as the observation room on the top floor. Everyone at the hotel were absolutely wonderful and warm, ensuring you had coffee, water, and breakfast, as well as local intel of where to go and what to do. The breakfast was mixed, filling, and healthy. What else can you ask for?

I honestly can't think of anything. People, facilities, location, and environment created great value.

Beautiful family hotel with 16 rooms in the outskirts of Filandia, 4 blocks from the town square. The most fantastic view of the valleys below and surrounded with flowers and birds. The property is quite new, spotlessly clean and the most adorable hosts in Jair and his wife who will do anything to make you feel welcome and at home.Secured Parkingspace if you have a car. All rooms come with a view. Comfortable bed, hot water in shower, nice breakfast and wonderful coffee. Good value accommodation in a really nice village- Filandia. Truly recommended.

Amazing view, friendly staff, wonderful experience!
Pros:

We (a family of four, including two children, 5yo and 2yo) had a great time! Jair was so friendly and nice, and all of the staff were also friendly and nice. Breakfast was delicious, and it was an easy walk to the center of the city. Yet the hotel is located in a very quiet area— and the view from the hotel is amazing.

Cons:

Una señora Regañaro a mi hijo pequeño por coger un juego de mesa que al estar en el lobby del hotel se entiende que es para uso de los huéspedes, se deben hacer mejor esos acercamientos, desde entonces sentimos que no podíamos usar cosas del hotel como tan tranquilos.
