Colazione da sogno
Pros:

Il ricchissimo e freschissimo buffet della colazione e la posizione centralissima.
Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile!

Cons:

In alcuni angoli della stanza non passava l’aspirapolvere e si accumulava polvere.

Ohne Frühstück in Ordnung, wenn auch keine 4 Sterne Qualität

Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war katastrophal. Das Geschirr war so dreckig, dass ich kaum davon essen wollte. In den Gläsern klebte der Orangensaft vom letzten Gast, auf den Tellern das Rührei, nicht einmal die Teetassen waren sauber. Ich habe eine Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht und es war jeden Morgen so unhygienisch. Die Auswahl ist nicht groß, Marmelade und selbst Butter ist alles abgepackt - mit 4 Sternen hatte das nichts zu tun.

Auch waren die meisten Mitarbeiter unfreundlich.

Pěkné ubytování v centru
Pros:

Děvčata na recepci byla velmi milá a vše bylo velmi rychle vyřízeno, pohodlná postel, velká a dobře vybavená koupelna. Dobrá snídaně. Parkování v podzemních garážích hned před hotelem pod tržnicí.

Pros:

Es un hotel muy tranquilo que está en pleno centro de Valladolid. Tiene un parking privado que se entra y se sale a través de un ascensor, muy justo

Cons:

A pesar del esfuerzo que se hace desde el hotel por explicar cómo llegar, es muy difícil llegar al hotel. Por favor poner un letrero en la esquina para que se vea claramente que es esa calle

No merece 4 estrellas
Pros:

La ubicacion, cerca del centro y de la estacion.

Cons:

Muy caro. No funcionaba aire acondicionado. Dijeron que no estaba activado y las habitaciones eran un cocedero. Mi niña pequeña lo pasó muy mal por el calor. No nos dieron solucion. Tampoco nos facilitaron cama de matrimonio.

No vale lo que cuesta
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación y la limpieza

Cons:

El personal de noche (un chico joven) no era amable. Quisimos calentar un biberón y en vez de ayudar, me mandó a la cafeteria. En un hotel de 4 estrellas, pensaba que nos iban a ayudar más.
Después, las ventanas no están bien aisladas, se oye mucho ruido a las noches.
La cuna también era muy vieja. Para un niños de 2,5 años, no era apta, es fácil que se asome o se ponga de pie y se caiga. No la utilizamos y durmió en nuestra cama.
