Estuve cómodo. Me sentí bien atendido.

la atención de las mujeres en Recepción fue excepcional. La habitación es amplia y tiene todo lo necesario. Silencio en la habitación y en el resto de las instalaciones.

Decepción en el Centro de Valladolid.

La ubicación . En pleno de centro del corazón de Valladolid. El tamaño de la habitación. Fenomenal

Las camas, que debería n haber sido una como se lo pedí , pero nos pusieron 2 camas, juntas una de ellas con una pata rota, los colchones incómodos , yo me levanté con dolor de espalda. La ducha muy moderna y todo lo que quieras pero se iba todo el agua y tuvimos que poner las toallas en el suelo para que no se saliera. La habitación 216. Relación calidad precio, en un 4* . Para no volver ahí. En cuanto a comodidad. Por el tema de localización muy bien. Pero considero que pagar más de 70€ por esa habitación en concreto es demasiado, y ns. pagamos 175€ por sólo una noche.

Nos tocó habitación con dos habitaciones buhardilladas y una de las ventanas no pudimos abrirla y pasamos mucho calor y la luz del pasillo que era automático no sé apagaba
