Volveré a Valladolid
Pros:

La ubicación excelente al encontrarse en el centro de la ciudad teniendo todo muy cerca, el aparcamiento muy limpio y de fácil acceso.

Cons:

No tengo nada que añadir al respecto.

Calidad bastante floja.
Cons:

El desayuno es algo flojo, falta fruta, falta una buena máquina de café.
Según entré en la habitación, el pestillo de cierre se cayó. El grifo de la ducha estaba suelto y es muy malo.
Considero que este hotel para seguir conservando las 4 estrellas le tienen que dar un gran cambio.
He dormido en hoteles de 2 estrellas mejores que este.

Mala experiencia

La ubicación

Cons:

La habitación tenía un problema con la calefacción, estaba altísima y no se podía apagar, tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas y encima de la cama. Nos quejamos pero no hicieron nada, fueron tres noches muy incómodas sin poder descansar

El mantenimiento, está anticuado, el inodoro no funciona bien, la ducha está suelta, el gel agotado, la encimera del lavabo sucísima. La decoración no es de un 4 estrellas, más bien 3.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación. A diez minutos caminando sin prisas de la Plaza Mayor (por la calle Santiago o por Teresa Gil), De la zona de la Catedral (por la calle López Gómez) y de la estación de tren (por la calle Gamazo).
El personal de recepción muy amable y atento para facilitar la estancia en la ciudad.

Cons:

El telefonillo de la ducha no era el adecuado para el adaptador para fijarlo en altura en el tubo deslizante de la ducha. Es un pequeño detalle que incomoda bastante al ducharte pues al no encajar el telefonillo se caía permanentemente.
