Location is perfect in the centre of everything. Staff very polite and helpfull.

Cons:

Beds are not comfortable, the mattress is very old and need to be replace. It is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel to sleep in such bad quality beds. Breakfast limited options for a 5-star hotel and charge extra for omelets.
